I used to medidate at morning like after 9 in lockdown..... I had encountered with a male energy.... and I can feel it's walking side to side.... and it has something in it's hand and I can't feel what was it..... I felt like it was waiting for something to happen..... when i realize wt it happening and i tried to move but i couldn't and i very next day the same i fell the same energy..... and i felt in my bones that it was waiting...... but i was too afraid to meditate so i didn't.....after that I haven't encountered with same energy.... but I feel and being encountered with other energies..... I can feel their presence..... and most of them are negative what should I do
