This is the story of Sante Kimes and her son Kenneth Kimes, an evil serial killing team bonded by blood. After a wealthy New York socialite was murdered in New York, authorities cast suspicion on her most recent tenant. But the story that unfolded-of the malicious mother-son duo suspected to be behind the crime-was deeper and more twisted than anyone imagined.

@@martinw9425Kent, the half-brother, was not part of the “duo.” He deserves to live without the guilt since he never did anything wrong. He knew how evil his mother was and stayed away from any of her many schemes and frauds. He was the only man associated with Sante who was strong enough not to fall into her webs. He definitely was not weak.

True, however her other son is living proof that it wasn’t set in stone that he would follow in her path. At some point, personal accountability for his actions must lie at his own feet and not his mother’s. The desire for his mother’s affection was certainly a contributor to his incessant loyalty, as an adult, at some point: he made a choice.

Kent, in the unlikely chance you ever see this PLEASE don't blame yourself for any of this. Your mother was on a path to destroying herself before you and Kenny were even born. And honestly you had no way of knowing ahead of time how bad this would end. So please don't blame yourself for this it is nowhere near your fault. Unfortunately Kenny allowed himself to be manipulated by her and in the end he has no one to blame but himself and her for where he is. While I do think he was a victim in the sense that he was manipulated to the extent that he was but at the same time he CHOSE to continue down that path and ultimately chose to destroy himself. It is my sincerest hope that you can resolve this in your mind and heart someday and forgive yourself for this because there was no way you could have prevented it. If you need to blame anyone you should blame you mother for starting all of this. In the meantime I'm sending lots of love and light for you.

I think she twisted and groomed him from birth, so I don't agree that this is on him, the little brother. She destroyed him, he never really had a chance. His one brief escape just made it worse, to taste normalcy and freedom and then have it snatched back. I don't know if he could ever be safely freed, but he is her ultimate victim. It would be far better to be killed by her than controlled and groomed by her from birth. My heart truly goes out to the big brother. To both of them 💔 And the families of the victims, especially her husband.

@@mirzamay I feel like he could have stayed gone once he did leave though. He chose to come back instead. He should have figured what he was coming home to and no matter how groomed he was he still had a choice in whether he was going to be a willing accomplice when it came to murder. I was groomed by 3 older kids in my hometown growing up while in middle school and they were jr and seniors in high school. I thought it was great to have older friends like that and that they would look out for me. Right up until they decided to start breaking into people's homes and wanted me to be their lookout. Even though I knew saying no would probably end with them turning on me and possibly beating me up, I told Ethan I wanted nothing to do with that idea because I knew how much trouble I could potentially get into for being a part of it even though out of the 4 of us I was probably going to get into the least amount of trouble since I wasn't actually inside helping them. Ethan and Chase have since been in and out of prison multiple times and Ethan's cousin Jessie died in 2008 from a drug overdose. No matter how groomed a person is they still have to choose to willing participate in each crime. There is always a choice, and it's up to them to decide that they're not going to do something like that.

Repeat offences are usually trailed based upon the current offence, regardless of the amount of previous crimes. Maybe, the 'driving points-system' should be considered? For each individual crime charged, the judge assigns points against the person in their file. Once a certain amount of points are attained, the individual is sentenced to a more extreme judgement.

Mmm, no. There are crimes that are situational and can be forgiven. And then there are criminals, who will never stop being criminal. Stop looking for ways to let criminals run rampant

It took his mother dying, for him to get "it". Often times the way that some folk choose to connect to individuals that have no problem helping them self destruct, keeps them bound, until they're no longer around. For her to claim innocent, pretty much means that she felt that everything that she did, she had some kind of passage of right to do. @@Denise-ho7bb I agree. this is why I don't see her as a victim of her upbringing because she ended up leaving that situation with PLENTY of time to straighten herself out but she chose not to. I was abused as a child myself and money was often very tight and there were a lot of things I wanted growing up that my late father simply could not give me. I'm 32 now will be 33 in march and I have learned that needs should always come before wants. whether we like it not bills MUST come first. what good is it going to do for me to go buy $500 worth of stuff I WANT if I can't even make sure my rent is paid so I have someplace to put the stuff I bought? I have a small crochet company but if I can't even ensure I have somewhere to live then it's pointless for me to go buy more yarn cause I won't have anywhere to put it. Movies appear to be: A Little Thing Called Murder. Like Mother, Like Son..this one has Mary Tyler Moore as Sante. An episode on Crime Stories is titled: Murderous Mother, Deadly Son. A couple of books…Son of a Grifter.. and They Call Them Grifters. There was an audio book with a different title. 🤦‍♀️.

Kenny was the first and worst of the victims. She abused that INNOCENT BOY in every way until she customized a monster in her own image! If the gender roles were reversed, yaw would say ""Oh, that poor young girl was manipulated by her father" and blame everything on him and hold the daughter/younger female accountable for nothing! That is sexist! None of this was truly on Kenny because he only became what his mother abused and turned him into. I pray he comes to know Jesus and is born again before he dies, in Jesus' name. Amen.

@@voteforscience If so, the only reason this team of beta and feminist crackpots didn't find some kind of way to blame a man for these female monsters' actions, is if there wasn't one anywhere around to blame. Other than that, they ALWAYS find a way to blame a man and never hold these female demons SOLELY responsible for their evil actions. They try to find a way to turn every female into a victim of a man no matter how horrible the women are, like women can't just decide to be evil without the influence of a man. If we really want to cry equality, then you can't cry for women to get sole credit for good things without the assistance of any man [which isn't even possible because men built everything that God didn't already build], and then turn around and always find some kind of way to blame the nearest man whenever a woman does something heinous even if she acted alone. Equality is a two way street. And these feminists and beta boys refuse to admit that truth! And the bias needs to stop.

@@barkYdarkATFB Are you actually trying to grammatically correct the spelling of a slang word? 🤣 That already makes you a joke but anyway. You can spell a slang however you want but 'round here in the midwest, we say YAW, like YEEHAW! That's why spell check doesn't correct "yaw". But I digress. To your other ignorant point, after calling my true statement a "straw argument", Jesus is on top of every situation. Always has been, is, and always will be, just like The Holy Bible and my lifetime of experience walking with Him says He is. But, if Jesus was on top of it from the jump, as you say, and judged every wicked act immediately, none of us would be here, including you because with your ignorant perspective of how He should act, I'm sure you've done something The Bible considers wicked and that is worthy of God's judgment like everyone else, then no one would be here because instant judgment [punishment] leaves no room for grace, mercy, forgiveness, or repentance. But I thank God, He doesn't think like you. He even leaves room for the most wicked of us to repent and change whether we do so or not. But the fact that He is as merciful as He is precisely why Hell exists, because after all the time God gives us to repent, not doing so is worthy of eternal damnation.

@@BiggSheppTheManMythAndLegend the word “y’all” comes from a contraction of “you” and “all”. The word “yaw” refers to the movement of a ship or an airplane. So the spell check is correct, your usage of the word is incorrect. So yes, I’m dissing your use of the word “yaw”. You and your neighbors might pronounce the word as “yaw”, but it is not written as such. And I don’t really give 2 sh1ts about what your imaginings are about what humans are worthy of or not.

Evil is a word that's thrown around all loosely all the time as a label... this woman wasn't born evil.. Her life experiences made her into a monster... when people that have everything look at you like you're a piece of trash... Well that can have a great impact on you as a person... I'm not saying what she did was right but there's a lot of wealthy people in the world that do things that aren't right every day and it gets overlooked and they get away with it because they are wealthy... think about that then tell me who's really evil and who the real monsters are 🤔
