I stole John Darnielle's beer after he set it down on stage a few years ago at Asbury Hall and I still feel so bad about it. They for some reason gave me the "over 21 years old" wrist band without checking my ID at the venue(I was only 20) and I unfortunately got black out drunk and basically can't remeber the show at. All I remeber is that he opened up with "Woke Up New" Sorry that I stole your beer Johnny boy and I'm even more sorry I basically missed the show. Your music has been such a positive force of light for so many years now and I want to thank you for sharing it with us all. It's one of the most important and defining things that helped shape me into the person I am today.
