Sounds like MRA is there whenever a climber or walker needs you... or just expect to be rescued whenever they call. This difference in attitude has become all to clear here in the Alps, how about your side of the world? Do people in USA and Canada also tend to overestimate themselves, think 'summit before safety', take a possible rescue for granted as well? Plus, do you have the impression they learn from their experience? Would like to hear from you!
