This is 10 months later lol, but because her house is so high end & brand new it’s probably very energy efficient. Still a crap ton monthly for the energy bill I bet, but less than what it could be if the house was just big & not new 🤭

Yes, I feel the same. Don't dislike anyone that is very successful and works hard but us common folks couldn't even imagine any of this. lol I'm excited because we recently just put in a new kitchen and a 2nd bathroom downstairs. House is amazing, so beautiful and huge!

Water is so quickly damaging to a property!!! Our house got hit by a hurricane, and we were 2 1/2 hours inland. So sorry that happened to you not once but twice! Glad everything is fixed now. Hopefully you had some good homeowners insurance because I don’t care how wealthy you are - fixing that damage is a huge expense!

Oh how I love Heather's decorating style! Brilliant beyond anything! Her attention to details is probably her second best trait. ONLY ☝🏼one thing I think she may have missed, lighting. 🤔 Those fixtures are too passe for that room. I would scrap those & find ones that are noticeable even on dim. I also think mounting them in a gradual elevated pattern would look better in the dim darkness of the room. But regardless I think the sconces she chose are not noticable enough. I actually didn't even look at them until she pointed them out.😒 But that is just my opinion & my opinion shouldn't matter. 😉 Heather is the decorating 🧚🏻‍♀️GODDESS💛💖❤ and I would lose it just to have her pick out a face cloth for my home, so who am I kidding! 😂❤

Ms. Dubrow, I just found your channel. I absolutely love your home theater. The comment "You realize the person answering the button is you!" Good point! No button!" LOL LOL :) I love love love love everything about your theater room. Those seats are FANTASTIC. I am trying to save up for traditional theater seats for our small 12" x 15" for under $300 each. We cannot afford luxury seating like yours but I really enjoyed looking at your setup. I am a huge movie nerd like your husband Terry. When I am not working, I am watching movies. As a movie nerd, my small room is my happy place like you described your closet in another video. When I am sad, I go into my movie room and it makes me happy again. Everyone manages stress differently and for me a movie is my choice of comfort. I don't smoke or do negative health things. Movies are harmless and I can checkout the latest 4K/Blu-ray release for free at our local library. We also put our hair up, put on our pajamas, and get comfortable watching a movie. I always cook a from scratch home cooked meal for myself and my daughter to enjoy during the movie. I am very sorry to hear your beautiful space flooded twice. I am glad you were able to figure out the construction issue and resolve. Your room is so fantastic I can understand why you would never need to go to the movies. Your home theater is certainly better than any commercial, retail theater. I also love your wine room. Your entire home is ABSOLUTELY beautiful - so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful theater and home with the world. Thank you for blessing us with a glimpse of your home to let us see how the other side lives. I cannot wait for my daughter to wake-up so I can show her your closet. She loves fashion and is working on designing her own line. I am a new subscriber!
