honestly, Mr. Persnickety are Mr. Fussy, his name and color tone were changed by unknown reasons, he does remember well how Mr. Strong have wrecked his roof while he was light green, and originaly Mr. Quiet were light yellow, but in The Mr. Men Show he's been light blue, and remained that color for the rest of the series
