I'm surprised how KZbin has begun disliking Smita and loving Analy in this role so much haha. XDDD But I'm happy for all the places, Sissel is a worthy winner and a pleasantly surprising one again! :) Great tournament, sorry I didn't vote because I feel I am yet to frame an opinion on Mulan voices, but this was a fun concept! :D

I was really sad that Smita got eliminated in the first round! she deserved to make it to at least the semifinals 😭 but in general, I think Hindi voices are pretty underrated, especially Jasmine 1992! no problem, it makes sense to not vote if you don't have a solid opinion 😀

First, the editing looks AMAZING! I'm so glad to see Portuguese in 9th :') Also glad to see Swedish, Latin Spanish, Hungarian, Hebrew, Taiwanese and Norwegian in the top 10

Thank you so much 😘 yes I've always been an Anabela fan (except as Rapunzel) but I think she didn't used to have many fans within the community for being overused. But hey, Anabela didn't win the Mulan dubbing award for no reason right? 💕

Wasn't expecting Sissel to be 1st, she's my 2nd favourite and I really like her style of singing! Coco 2nd to me is meh but she still sings well. Ranking is all around good though some of my favs weren't in the top 10... happy to see my favourite at 3rd tho. All I can say that your editing is top notch! The Chinese numeral characters is just amazing to look at it. 感谢您举办了精彩的比赛！

I'm glad that we shared the same no. 1😀 The ones that I like outside the top 10 will be Quebec French, Danish, Thai and Polish. I never heard that before unfortunately but all I can say is that the singing is just pure perfection👌

aww I’m so happy that despite the odds of some voters putting her last in their votes, Kelly managed to break through and score 3rd ❤️❤️❤️ amazing top 10, even better top 3 and I’m both shooketh but delighted to see Polish 11th 😍

Kelly actually got the most 1's, but yes I'm happy it balanced out - opinions on her are definitely super diverse! Kasia Pysiak was hands down the biggest surprise of this contest 💖

Great! I am satisfied with the results overall, I would only prefer if Greek and Turkish were a bit higher and Swedish much lower. Glad with Norwegian, she deserves it! Now, I am thinking that an Anastasia contest would be amazing, but I don't know about the copyrights. Maybe I will take this project for the future!

Despina is a bit of a love-hate one, but I can see how if you grew up with her - she's not too loud/melodramatic. AHHH yesss please do it 😍 I would absolutely LOVE to participate in an Anastasia contest (I'll be voting for Manto every round 💕) she's one of my favourite non/Disney characters. As for the copyright, Anastasia used to be strict, by old standards, but nowadays it's nothing compared to Frozen 2 🙄 so I think you'll be okay as far as copyright goes!

I could not vote because I was in vacations, but I am happy with the final result. The editing is fabulous!!! I didn't mind that Greek was eliminated so soon since I am not a Despina's fan and she is one of my least favourite voices of my country.

@@Meirenyu I went to Cephalonia with my cousins! Yes the islands are truly beautiful, though I have a soft spot for the mountain areas of my country, less hot, swiming on the cold rivers, peaceful forests, wildlife.

I'm so glad for Norwegian ! I don't like Coco Lee at all so seeing her in the second place is a but frustrating for me. But, oh well, it's the game :)

Sissel was such a pleasant surprise! but worthy winner 💕 oh I'm the same too, I've never liked Coco Lee's Mulan - love her own pop songs outside of Disney, but she doesn't embody Mulan in any way

Yaaaay!!!! My top 3 became the actual top 3!!! 😱😂 I'm so happy to see that Sissel won, she makes a sensitive, yet strong Mulan; she sounds so natural on her 😊 Each voice is unique, it gives you a different feeling and a special shape of the character that it's interpreting. The thing is that many singers don't envolve the character completely, they may bring something new and unique to the table, but it doesn't feel like "Mulan", in this case... I don't know if that makes sense 😂 The reason I said that is because I believe that Sissel embodies Mulan perfectly, it's like what I said to you about Hú Wéi Nà: "she has a complete voice", and I believe that's what happens here 😊

I started this tournament genuinely curious about who the most popular Mulan voice is, because unlike Elsa or Anna where there's universally loved voices, there wasn't really for Mulan - the winner could've been any of these 😄 but I couldn't agree more with everything you said about Sissel! she truly deserves it!

Although opinions are really diverse and different, we all know that no one could dethrone Maria Lucia from her eternal first place 😂 so yeah, it makes a lot of sense that you decided to make the tournament about Mulan's voices 😊 and I want to thank you for that, as it was absolutely entretaining and fun, I enjoyed so much to disconnect from my studies for a couple minutes and do something I like, even if it's for only 5 minutes 😂❤ sooooooo, are you working on another project, or do you have anything in mind??? Like a ranking, a collab, another tournament??? 😂❤

As far as personal tastes & fondness go, there isn't much dispute about Maria Lucia being objectively the best. awww that's so lovely! hearing that truly brings such a big smile to my face 🥰 and yeah at the end of the day, it isn't about competition, fun & enjoyment matters most 😁 I have so many characters I want to rank (Elsa F2, Anna F2, Belle, Rapunzel, possibly Aurora) but it's so hard ranking them 🥺 which characters' rankings do you enjoy the most?

@@Meirenyu That's a lot of work!!! 😱 I swear I've been working on my Ariel ranking for over a year now, and it's impossible for me to finish it, as I change my mind about the voices CONSTANTLY, like today one singer may be at the bottom 10, but tomorrow I swear it will be placed in the top 10 xd I think my problem is that I kind of get tired of most of my top voices, as I listen to them for HOURS unstoppably 😂 so I start listening to my bottom voices, I get addicted to them for 2 days, I think I love them, and after a while I realise that my mind is trolling me 😂 so I place them somewhere in the middle, as I have an internal conflict with myself 😂🤦 Does that happen to you? xd Anyways 😂 my favourite characters to see ranked are Belle, Mulan, Pocahontas and Moana, as people's opinions about their voices are really different and unique, that's what we were talking about the other day 😄 ALSOOO (sorry can't stop writing xd) I don't think we should give importance to the numbers... I see many rankings with only the placements, and I think that's a waste of time, because the point of making a ranking is to explain your opinion about the voices to other people, if you place the voices and you don't say what you think about them, I don't think that's a complete ranking... what do you think about that? 😄 imo we should give more importance to the arguments about why do you enjoy this voice and what do you think about this voice and focusing in every voice individualy, better than just comparing and placing them... Idk 😂 like I do enjoy rankings, but I like to focus more on the arguments rather than the placements, but that's just my point of view, what do you think? 😊 I CANT SHUT UUUUUUP 😂😂😂 pd: what characters' rankings do you enjoy the most? 😂

Nice to see a comment from you again 🥰 I think opinions on Mulan have change a fair bit throughout the years, though you can say that for almost every character. The mellow versions like Cantonese & Polish have become more popular - Polish was the biggest surprise in terms of ranking high! whereas Italian was the most surprising for ranking lower than expected

Yay, 11th place, TBH I expected it much lower, what a positive surprise :D Congrats to top 10, top 3 and the winner :D The winner is amazing BTW :D I can't access the results, you need to make the file public for us to see it :/ I've got mixed feelings when it comes to new Mulan - here it'll be released in movie theaters, 'cause we don't have D+ here and the corona-situation here looks bad, so I think I won't risk going there to see it :/

Katarzyna was probably the biggest surprise! I didn't realise how many people loved her - but I do think over time, the Kelly-Chen-style of "Reflection" has come to become more & more appreciated 😌 as opposed to the powerful warrior delivery. ohhh my bad - I totally forgot to change the settings of that 🙈 doing it now! I know what you mean about the new Mulan, and I'm always not a fan of the live-action remakes, but I appreciate how they've actually tried to bring some originality and changed things, instead of being line for line the same.

I remember 5+ years ago Kasia was always bottom 10 and often labelled as "too sleepy" - but I suppose Kelly was the instigator of the change, soon enough Kasia (and others like Yordanka & Pernile) are going to catch on! yeah I agree, that wouldn't be wise, it's not worth the risk 🥺 hope you stay safe! and do you know when Disney+ will be available in Poland?
