It's actually a reasonable price given the place is very near Kiambu town, Runda Estate, and only 20 KM from the CBD. The road adjacent is getting dualized. The layout, if looked properly is designed to have multiple access point to the gate. What the marketer forgot to add is that the road from Kirigiti in Kiambu town, is getting dualized. A major selling point. I'd rather buy here than overpriced Runda estate.
