It's a program you can download to change colors of health bars so you can see better where you are with unlocked camera. Helped me a lot, I often lost my champion in big crowds in teamfights xD

I recently changed it myself. There were no issues, the change was very simple and should be just as simple to remove. It doesn't even adjust any in-game files, it just adds a quick text command file into a folder. Doesn't even seem like you need to change after each update. Best part? Didn't even take that long to adjust to it and get used to it. Feels like it's a natural part of the game.

He's made his health bar white by editing the colouring on the UI. It's not a mod or exploit, and Riot has even stated they're thinking of adding further support for easy character tracking for teamfights etc, probably similar to this. There's both a youtube and reddit post on it.

well its used to prevent ghosting ...when someone form enemy team is spactating watching your stream he knows exactly where your wards are and where you are. And Cider acctually can see his map.
