Hey has anyone ever had 2 act 1 mercenaries show up in the cow level? Maybe this happens randomly but first I ever saw of that and I've been playing d2 for awhile.

Back in 1.09 I rocked a hybrid Zon with plenty of points in evasion, and swapped between jab, tfury, guided, and multi depending on what I was up against. Zero bugged/hacked items. I only recall losing once in a 1v1 (to a sorc with bugged gear), and usually won my 1v7s even against players with bugged gear. The hybrid builds pack a ton of PvP power if you play them right, although I readily admit to no longer pvping in D2. I lost interest in it during the Enigma and Merc Helm Glitch patches (where you take off and put back on Dream hat from your merc and the aura stacks every time, leading to one-hit aura kills on everything in a 10 mile radius, which turned PvP into an absolute disaster for a while).

That's because Zon's in 1.09 were fuckin massive -- and don't tell me you weren't using the maphack to see people off screen cause it might as well have come packaged in the game back then. Source: I had a 32 (33? whichever level Kaku is) Zon that regularly went into hell duels and did exactly the same thing to 90s chars. Some of most fun PvP there ever was or will be to participate in.

The rest should go to fanaticism which gives you more smite damage than holy shield

Wrong: 34 lvl Concentration gives +555% ed to Smite and high lvl Holy Shield gives high flat damage to Smite. With rest in Fanaticism you'll get almost the same % ed to Smite and much less +flat damage. You can compare both in maxroll planner.

Correct. But they don't actually add much to the charge/melee attacks. The mechanics are MOST broken on the bow.
