as i listen to this, my mind's eye pictures scenes from the 1970's movie. to me, the very best version of all the movies made of this book (even david souche's). the only problem i had with that movie was that poirot's accent was a bit too thick and sometimes difficult to understand. still, though, nobody's ever been able to even touch the same great actors/acting, costume design, fidelity to the book, or attention to detail since.

The commercial interruptions are very annoying. A list of them and a mention midway thru or, at the beginning and end would be so much better. As they are, incessant and intrusive, I would never consider using their services/products.

The narrator's "swedish" accent 🤣 it only needs him to add "mork mork mork" and throw some kitchen utensils over his shoulder (a reference to the "swedish" chef from The Muppets). If the narrator had actually spoken to anyone from Sweden, he'd have discovered that they don't have that stupid hollywood accent

Don't be to sure of yourself, as an Icelander who has talked to some Swedes your accent can sound pretty similar to this. It can be tricky to spot your own accent when spoken back to you
