this engine was in park street mill in radcliffe,i tried to get in several times,and after a while managed to get in and i bought the engine for preservation, i think i was sixteen at the time,it was about 1964.

I thought Elijah Galloway invented this type of engine in 1832 - true, his patent doesn't mention compounding or piston valves but the single crank self starting was the novel feature patented.

You're right, althought this engine was a 'high speed runner' with 120 rpm. It would be interested to see a direct comparison between a classic 90° two cylinder engine and this one. Greetings to Canada!
