There have been several warnings from artists throughout music history. Pink Floyd is a perfect example. In fact, the industry is okay with people speaking out because when signed artists start putting out music calling out their labels (ex. Wish you were here), people will gobble it up, only buying into the industry more because the artist is connected to the label. Best advice, your music is more important than fame. You can influence 1 person, and that means you can influence millions. Fame should not be the goal, but being an artist should be. My best advice, keep making tunes and don’t give up, but don’t sell your soul to become a temporary idol, it’s not worth it

I started to watch your videos (present and past) recently, and I'm gonna say this. I'm not discouraged anymore of not wanna be in the music industry. Like the ol saying there's two sides of every story. It's more than just this video it's other videos and months of REAL research on both sides via other rappers interviews etc. The music industry ain't like what it is anymore just from the last decade. I had to ask myself is it worth it in the end? Most likely no from my point of view. I don't count it as a discouragement I count it as you being honest and straightforward. Having a Lambo and a million dollar mansion don't impress me anymore cause it's not coming with us when we pass away someday. That satisfaction is temporary. If we love a job that we do in our lives it'll come from the heart not for the money.

Real Deal Jesus is too an entity, i am not a follower of Christ but I do like to interpret the Bible. The Bible has a lot of important knowledge to gain. I’m a musician... a pianist. Early 80’s I started trying to get in the business when I was around 18 yrs old; was a studio musician on local TV by the time I was 19. Had my first publishing offer at 18. My primary style was Jazz but I found the opening in Gospel music... I wish I could tell you what I started to see way back then. I’m a Christian and eventually I came to a crossroads and told God to remove whatever was endangering my soul... and He did. I have many friends who continued on in the industry while I took a regular occupation. 40 yrs later Ill tell you this, I would not trade places with any of them. Not on a bet. I honored God and he, in turn honored me. I retired (full retirement) at 53 yrs old. Oh, I still play from time to time, a job here and there, but my relationship with my maker is in place. I’m not dead, broke, in therapy or crazy... I’m good. There comes a day of accountability, I believe this. I know where I stand and whom I have served and in these days of uncertainty I’m not worried about one thing. Not one. I thank the Lord everyday that I let him lead the way.
