I remembered the title music of the doordarshan serial -Satyajit ray presents.I searched for the same at many places and even on the internet. I didn't even remember the title of the serial except that it was by Satyajit Ray and something 'Kathmandu'. It was while searching for doordarshan serial on the net I landed on a video -Music by satyajit Ray and Lo! the first piece on the video was the beautiful title music of the Doordarshan serial 'Satyajit Ray Presents' released in 1985 by doordarshan. Listen to the title music and if you are in your sixties like me probably you will remember and appreciate what is real original music by a genius.
