Not gonna lie....as much as I love this movie, I really just came to watch Travis react to the horse. Maximus. I think the scene with the lanterns is the prettiest Disney scene ever. I also like how the lights flowing down from the castle mimic her hair glowing. Just beautiful.

Answers to your questions/comments made in the video: - Yep, Rapunzel's hair is very long - 70 ft long, in fact! - Gothel is absolutely the worst. Nothing like good ol' insults and gaslighting to break Rapunzel's confidence and make her want to stay. - Gothel is played by an actress named Donna Murphy. And Eugene is played by Zachary Levi. (ah, you found out from the credits, lol. I'll leave this in anyway) - Eugene is around 23 in this movie (he was initially 26, but his age was retconned in the Tangled TV series - he turns 26 in season 3, making him 25 in season 2, and 24 in season 1, which ends a year after the events of the movie) - Like Rapunzel, I prefer Eugene too. Yes, Flynn Rider is a badass name, but I view Flynn and Eugene almost as two different people; while Flynn is cool and snarky and fun, Eugene is softer and more caring. There are elements of them in each other too. He also grows to prefer the name Eugene as well (he still thinks the name sucks, but he prefers who he is now after re-adopting the name), and since he prefers to go by Eugene, that's what I will always call him

Hi Travis. I don't think I've ever heard you mention "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. I don't know if you would love it: it's intense and dark and the villain could burst aneurysms. But the music will blow your hair back: it's majestic and gorgeous. The animation is also amazing. I hope you'll give it a try.

I got to see this in theatres when it was released. I was about eleven years old. And this was the first 3D movie I ever saw. Maximus, the horse, reminds me of my late family pet, Baloo. When we were minding our business, he'd be chewing on our shoes. But when our parents came in from being outside, if they were on our back porch, he'd drop the shoe he'd been chewing. And then he'd look at them like, "I'm sorry. I know I was doing something you don't want me to." LOL! So, when Rapunzel says, "Drop the boot!" I am reminded of our funny, sweet, loyal and adorable late pup.

I have seen this movie so many times. I think I watched it twice in theaters too. Once in the regular theater and the second time in 3D and the lantern scene in 3D is gorgeous and it was already great in 2D. Me and my daughters have listen to the soundtrack so many times and it was always karaoke in the car...haha glad you liked the movie.

My husband and i went to go see this in theaters when it first came out. It was our first date. Tangled will forever hold a special place in my heart. I finally found my "Eugene"❤. Also, no. It is not weird that you're attracted to Eugene! He's a hottie! 🔥 He's the total package: handsome, funny, smart, and charming! He also treats Rapunzel as a person and not an object. I could go on and on about these two! 😂 there's also a series that takes place after the movie. The first episode is called "tangled the series: before ever after." It's three seasons long and there's a short that takes place after the series called: Ever After. If you loved this! You'll love the series and animated short! 💜 Edit to add: We went in to the movie blind. I never saw an advertisement for it and neither did my husband. One of our BEST DECISIONS EVER! 💜

You should watch the rest of the tangled universe but in this order: Tangled before ever after (short movie) Rapunzel’s tangled adventure (tv series) Tangled ever after (short movie) Now the series especially explores a lot of the lore behind the flower as well as the kingdom, and just a lot of the side characters as well. It’s a really great watch with a lot of great songs.

@CapedCrusader77 thank you x Heart stopped at the age of 18 and was dumped in a room for 20mins before any cpr was done while his friends were forced out of the building. THey were trying to shout that he wasn't drunk (he wasn't, nothing on tox screen). Further issues in that first responding paramedic prior to the 2-man-crew didn't use any oxygen and none of it would have happened in the first place if the consultant at a hospital had read the results of a heart scan 2 months earlier and done something about a problem found... All a mess really. Inquest went nowhere as bouncers to club were hired from outside, the paramedic retired and the hospital don't keep letters as records and we lost the one that said the heart scan was fine and come talk to a consultant about it in March (he died in the January). Also no lawyer would do it pro bond and we don't have the finances to pay for it as all work in the NHS which doesn't exactly pay a lot unless you're a doctor or a manager, and even currently no one has had a pay rise this year like the rest of the country because nothing's apparently organised yet. The arrest happened on a Saturday, they tried waking him up from induced coma on the Monday but fitted. Stable enough to scan his head on the Wednesday and found out he had a non-survivable brain injury from lack of oxygen so we turned the life support off the next day (police made us wait until their personal tox screen was back even though the hospital's was clear) and he died 10 hours later. Sorry, that was probably a longer explanation than expected!

I don't know which of these you've seen but I would recommend "Book of Love" (reminds me of Coco and Encanto), "Treasure Planet", "Iron Giant", "Road to El Dorado" , "Black Cauldron", and "Atlantis". They are amazing movies that are often underrated

I know you asked for animated movies but would you give a show a try? Steven Universe is imo one of the greatest cartoons and while it seems silly and Steven himself is kinda annoying in the begining, it soon get's deeper and has a lot of twist and turns. Highly recommend!
