The hack is initially more than 80% EMI amount goes in interest. So initially if for first 3,4 years pay as much as additional amount is possible on top of EMI. You will see dramatic change in loan interest and it will get closed quickly.

You are not considering the value of the house or plot after 20 years, definitely it will not be 2.4 cr, if your 1cr plot grows at 15% then it will become 16 cr and if you do SIP of same emi of 1 lac that grows only 14 lacs at same ROI

I am not in favour of repaying home loan when I have insured my loan. I would rather continue my SIPs
