I am every bit of this. I sleep in a field of grass, sometimes in a tent but I'm too lazy to sleep in the tent so I sleep on the grass. I have a same day same pay job at a temp agency but I only work twice a week, enough to buy beer and cigars. I read my bible, pray, and weep daily. I recognize my problem, drinking and smoking. And it leads me to this field of grass, where I tarry all day. But God... Is working on me. May the Lord give me mercy, strength, and the will to conquer over the demons. Demons are real. I deal with them all day. Shadows, footsteps, whispers. But God... May He give me mercy, strength, and peace😟

Those that choose to be inept; those that choose to be unmotivated; those that choose unwillingness. I have a heart condition and Im extremely tired all the time. Nevertheless, I work 60hrs a week, raise a family of 6 and do all things Im able. The point is that I do what Im able and I thank God that Im able to do the things I can. If you physically cant do a thing, thats not lazy, but being able to do a thing and not doing it is.

Just FYI The sluggard does not read the bible not care about the things of God. He is poor because he has no wisdom or understanding, (choice silver and gold refined by fire.) He is hungry because he has no bread (Truth) and thirsty because he has no wellspring of life in his heart (understanding). His stone wall is breached and thieves can get in and steal kill and destroy him. Cares of this world are his hedge of thorns because spiritual matters do not consern him, he must walk around the thorns making his path crooked. wisdom and folly is what Proverbs is all about proverbs contains poetic invitation for the reader to seek after and acquire true wisdom. Matthew 25: 1-13 wisdom and folly. matthew 21: 28-32 the lazy son (sluggard) and the son that worked hard. you all should reread 2 Thessalonians 3:10-13 and read it carefully.
