I would have answered Abraham got married outside of the law. He was n'anga while with Terah. Therefore the fear of God was not in him. Until God gave him grace to know the Lord. On the laws of incest concerning Abram we should tread carefully cos there is no proof Sarah was Abram s sister. Abraham lied to protect himself and said Sarah was his sister twice however we must be careful how we interpret this, even now distant cousins we call them sisters/brothers and we call our uncles fathers and our aunts mothers, remember the Bible is a translation made by people who were sent and they made the most they could do to narrate.
