Looking at the specific models pictured, they're not brand new (esp looking at the Mercedes models, with the exception of one new model that is also available widely in RU *addendum). Very likely that these are straight up imported from Russia, therefore technically not even breaking sanctions - As Russia does not uphold any sanctions against NK. Very hard to tell for LCs anyway, as you can quite literally transform visually a decade old LC into a new one. Kits for that are WIDELY available.

The fog lights are kind of even with the center of the letters of the license plate. The LC300 the fog lights are even with the top of the slat of the lower grill. It would be as if the fog lights were even with the top of the license plate. In the LC300 the front bumper edges go down where the one in the video cut in at the bottom and look more aggressive. And on the LC300 the license plate mounting holes are on the bottom. In the video they are on the top. Other counties do have manufactures that can clone vehicles.
