@@donnar9864 what if there is a cannon that has over 100 books. Let's say some library that was burned down or destroyed had a collection of still greater books. That would alter everything we know about Abrahamic faiths, related religions and spirituality.

I was asked the other day why Protestants do not include the Apocrypha in our Bible. I heard a couple people say “the Jews do not accept it so we shouldn’t” and “it goes against what the rest of the Bible teaches.” I still don’t know why we don’t include the apocrypha if it’s included in the Septuagint text and that was what Jesus apparently read. It seems like if Jesus saw this text and it was not suppose to be with the rest of scripture, he would have said that. Thanks for any help. This question really got me and I don’t know how to answer it.

@@nics8040age old question. Follow Apocrypha Apocalypse. My thoughts were the same. Jesus used the Septuagint. The KJV Bibles original had these books along with the Gutenberg Bible.

I am reading The complete Apocrypha right now, The Book of Enoch is the first one I was told to read first .I would suggest you read it first also , so far I can see why someone said that each one should be removed from the Bible. Each book proves that God is the creator of the earth, and it backs up the description of the earth. Keep up with your work, I enjoy every video.

Having resided (so far) within Las Vegas as had moved from San Diego. The summary of spiritual discernment of this region of Southern Nevada (referring to the LOCALS here)? Gluttony, Lust, and SLOTH. There are beautiful landscapes and Mountains, camp grounds, bike paths, Hiking trails here and I hardly see any bike riders (even during milder weather temps) or anyone else get out and do a little movement in their lives....How sad!

Enoch was instrumental to helping me understanding a verse in the Bible where God told them to kill every man, women, child, animal. Could not understand why children or animals. It opened a deep understanding of the Bible.

I've read Jubilees, Jasher and Enoch and am now reading 1 Esdras. These books read just like the Bible because they are part of the Bible. We have to remember who made "Canon".

I don't know whether this book is canonicle but there was a reference to the Book of Noah. Could please find out whether it is false or not. I forget which book of the Bible reference it.

You want to know if those books are Canonical. And the answer is yes. Canonical means a group of religious teachers ( professionals) agree that it was true and backed up by the rest of scriptures. And yes they were. I just so happen to have the Apocrypha in my Bible. And no it's not a King James version either. I'm don't really care for old English. It's in modern English language. My Bible is called "The New Oxford Annotated Bible." I've read the Apocrypha before in an old English language. It was hard to understand. But I'm reading it again. There are things in there that tell you what you can do and about staying away from evil people and governments.

All knowledge was supposed to be shared. The rebellions of Angel's and these lower case G god's , not taking anything from them because, they did powerful work's and, showed their magic to other God's. Lucifer, sky god' s, fallen Angels, rebelled against the God all- mighty. There was a cosmic battle with the heavenly creator, because, there is only one God all-mighty.

Oh you of little faith. Thank you for your kind words; there meant to be comforting and inspiring filled with the love of your belief system that’s mainstream religion and your point of belief is based on the bible of some type. You believe your religion is the “Word” of ‘Almighty God” and mans savior “Jesus the Christ” and the “Holy Spirit/Ghost” is it not so. I also have a solid for me belief in a esoteric celestial higher authority as you call on him as Almighty God. Let me tell you what I believe in; since my childhood, I have been in my opinion fortunate in what I understand and know! Its amazing and deep but isn’t outside cognitive understanding by ordinary mere men, its revealing yet in the wrong mindset it could be upsetting as it tears down organized mainstream religions as they are right now. First you have to understand before we were mere human we existed as “Beings of Celestial energies/ waveforms our existence had no humanoid physical form, we have always existed, you might have a hard time accepting any of this but I’ll continue with your permission. As “Enlightened Celestial Beings” we existed long before this physical Universe came to be. We experience physical life here on this appointed Earth for many reasons that you’re probably not aware of at this fleeting moment. For thousands and thousands of years civilizations have come and gone, with the loss of civilizations brings also the loss of ancient history and religions during those lost periods, there lost in time forever sadly. So before we were brought to this lowly vibration frequencies/ waveform here on this Earth we existed as higher “Celestial Beings” before we journeyed here, all of life is to be experienced, at the rate / pace we can manage individually with our unique tailored intelligence. All mainstream religions of today are based on the Torah and the Talmud, a split in genealogy brought about by Abraham first child Ishmael Son of his obedient maidservant Hagar, so Ishmael being the first born is to later be the father of the Arabic nation. Isaac, Abraham’s second son was chosen to carry on Abraham’s birth legacy now there’s a split in genetic material and belief systems so the rift had to come eventually. Now one belief system branched into two separate religions unfortunately, they split because the higher celestial truth has never been fully understood by humanity Abraham didn’t know the higher celestial truths of enlightenment. So mere men has never been able to reach up and understand what they once were, they don’t know life on Earth is a admonishment, its sacred and beautiful experience added to our higher abilities, we are all living breathing humans in their natural physical state lowly in physical nature, we can’t connect to our higher celestial self, as we cognitively and spiritually are divided in this physical form, In some rare cases certain individuals can become aware of their oneness their collective low and higher states of existence like the hand and the glove as they gravitate together. Look at the many names for the title of ‘Almighty God’, by mainstream religions they vary so much here’s a few Adonia, Abba, Allah, EL. Elohim, EL Eloah, El Shaddai, El Roi Yahweh, YHWH, Jehovah, mere natural man has never known the actual name of Almighty God, its too sacred to be muttered by ordinary man. Do you see the difference between mere lowly man and higher celestial Beings of Celestial divine enlightenment? We are both Beings separated by frequencies / waveforms we are both physical and celestial, everything exists at the same time, yet in our physical animal form we are living breathing humans, unaware of our higher self to the most part. There were lost religions thousands of years ago long before the myth of Adam and Lilith, later to be replaced with Eve from Adam’s rib DNA so she became subservient to Adam. The Eden type storyline has been told over and over the many thousand of years, the Gnostic scribes had their own version, this has been told time after time, its impossible to find evidence of the original history now. Christ Jesus is the head of the Catholic Church, this gets interesting, some believe Jesus is the actual son of Almighty God, other mainstream Christian churches believe Jesus is Almighty God, some other mainstream religions Believe Jesus was the original Adam, while other mainstream churches/ religions believe Jesus was the Archangel Michael; they range from Jehovah Witnesses, The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, The Church of England, The Catholic Church, Look how the many different Christian religions have different interpretation of who Jesus is? The truth is what it is, I say Jesus was made divine by the Catholic Church they pedestalized Jesus as divine, so he became isolated and unapproachable, this allowed them to write the scriptures without being questioned, since they alone had divine prophecy to Almighty God through Jesus Christ who could argue with them, then and now. When you feel the holy spirit/ghost it’s a feeling of extreme calmness, that’s not a Earthy feeling, its more to do with connection to higher celestial oneself, I would say, most of the time. Religion is man-made up, just look at Christianity in all its various forms might just convince you enough to have a open mind on the matter. Peace with you.

Using the term Apocraphal for the New Testament era writings is not correct. It lends a credibility to those books that is wholly undeserved and are in no way compare the the true apocrphal books of the Old Testament. Each of the post 1st century book mentioned properly rejected as canonical.

I’ve read them all. The book of Enoch is very very eye opening. I recommend it. What I’ve found with the lost books or the banned books is that the books that contradict the Bible such as the Thomas, stay away from but the books that compliment scripture or align with scripture are legit.

These books are not God inspired. They are a mixture of fact and fiction. Usually they are sought after by those who get "bored" with reading the Bible and want something more "exciting". Your time would be better spent studying God's word.
