The Mystical Island of Siquijor | Visiting a Witch Healer | Cliff Jumps | Waterfalls Hidden gems
We had an absolute blast on the incredible island of Siquijor! From cliff jumoing, witch healing to crazy parties we got up to a LOT during our time and are here to share all the best travel tips for visiting Siquijor. Here's what to expect in this video:
✨️ Cliff Jumping at Salagadoong and enjoying the incredible beach here. Best food recommendation close by to avoid high prices at the beach.
✨️ We headed up to Mount Bandalin to the viewpoint where we could see 360 degrees of Siquijor island. The perfect spot to take in the beauty this island has to offer and the driver here through the forest was pretty awesome.
✨️ Visited a Witch Healer whilst in the mountains and experience a Tuob Healing Cermony. This was such a unique experience and a MUST DO if you are in Siquijor.
✨️ Experiening how the local Filipinos party as we got invited to a Filipino Christmas party which was SO fun. Massive shout out to the Tahanan Resort as they were absolutely brilliant and made us feel so included.
✨️ Siquijor Christmas light switch on at San Juan Square was incredible. Amazing bands playing and so much fun.
✨️ Unexpected hidden gem waterfall, not what we had actually planned but a brilliant time on a leaking bamboo raft boat. Beautiful lagoon and mini Waterfalls here, definitely worth checking it out if you want to get away from the crazy crowds as we had this to ourselves.
✨️ Cambugahy Waterfall - the main Waterfall of Siquijor and I can see why. It is absolutely incredible and so much fun.
✨️ Delicious Thai food at the Thai Station in San Juan, definitely would recommend the pad Thai and beef maassamn curry!
✨️ Best place to go on Friday or Saturday night is JJs in San Juan!! Live music and such an incredible atmosphere, I even ended up on stage singing Taylor Swift!!
Overall, Siquijor is such an incredible island and we had the best time here. I genuinely think it's one of my favourite places in the Philippines. I can see why people fall in love with it.
