There are bad people though. No matter what good happens to them. And they enjoy the suffering of others. And there are good people who are positive and caring no matter what life throws at them.

The people you are describing are just miserable, so they act nasty. It doesnt mean they enjoy causing suffering to others. I can take myself as an example when i was joyful i never thought or did anything to hurt anyone. Now that something happened that made me feel miserable the hurt i feel just overflows to others.. doesnt mean im a "bad" person.

They would only feel that way if trauma has made them so insecure and feel so powerless that they must "control" the outcome or security of another in order to not feel pain for just a moment. If they heal they will not be miserable. We are just programming from events and cultures we experience in our childhood. If you had love in abundance you will create more, if you were taught by those who cared for you that you are not worthy of love you will spread that to others. Switch the two at birth and much about the way each handles socializing will switch with it. There are no bad people. There are people who weren't shown the kind of love and inclusion they needed.

You talk about the past experiences which are the mind and you are not your mind which accumulate experience (which turns into past and memory) and recycling it. If you want live the present and truly crafting future you must transcend the mind and then past is not be your burden but your boost.

there are also people in nasty situations who choose not to act nasty towards others no matter how unjoyful they are. and there are people in great situations who act nasty towards others all the time.
