Actually loss n gain depends on person's own views. If person goes on physical success then he will measure all the things with his physical benefit. If person goes on spiritual way then if he gets failure then doesn't matter for him because he knows that some wrong things happens with him for his better. So he never worry about those failures. It s my personal experiences too.

अपेक्षा दुख की जन्मदायिनी है। जब हम किसी के लिये कुछ करते है तो हम ऐसा मान के चलते है की वो आपका ख़्याल करे, लेकिन अहंकारी आदमी को अपने से प्रेम से किए हुए कर्म भी उसको नीचे दिखाने कि साज़िश लगती है । अगर आप का प्रिय कुत्ता जिसके साथ आपने बचपन निकाला है वह पागल हो जाये तो वो भूक से ना मरे इसके लिए बिस्कुट देते हो, तो आपको पता है की वह कुत्ता पागल है उसको सुद्द नहीं है कुत्ते के वफ़ादारी के बारे में, लेकिन आप सिर्फ़ दया और प्रेम वश उसको बिस्कुट खिलाने की छुप छुप के व्यवस्था करते हो। बस आपके संबंध उस के साथ वैसे ही प्रेम भरे रखो ये जान कर की वो पागल कुत्ता है है जिसे मनुष्यता की सूद नहीं है।
