Question, do you think that when we canonically get this, they should move Arkhan and his Followers of Nagash into the Nagash faction so you have two different starts to choose from? Arkhan could then have for example the tombking faction mechanic, with the Nagash tech tree, as a hybrid faction

They probably won’t, more due to actual faction mechanics. Like buildings for example. You’d have like 3 factions worth of buildings. They’ll probably just give him a massive boost to diplomacy or make him a vassal.

I still dont think Nagash will ever be an official Release.. as you put it, Nagash is supposed to be the GOD of Undeath.. the same reason they didnt give us the Celestial Dragon as a Playable Character, because they are just so ridiculously and Blatantly Overpowered, that literally nothing else in the Playable Game could compete with or hope to even injure them...

Now all we need is CA enabling custom voice lines, so modders can make use of AI to generate unique ones for Nagash. On another note, nice to see that the mod team was inspired by Nagash's derpy TT model for his husk form.

It would be especially true if he officially got in WITHOUT Sega forcing CA to fuck it up in someway. The Black Pyramid rising would likely be changed to focusing on Nagash and the Nagashizzar Legions when/if he gets in, complete with all Tomb Kings factions outside of the Followers of Nagash uniting all for the sake of stopping him.

Chronic poor writing, as in characters not making choices they would make considering what they know/who they are is to my knowledge (haven’t read a ton of end times things) the biggest problem; from what I hear another problem is huge payoffs (some of which are apparently quite decent) are very poorly set up. AT LEAST IT ISN’T AGE OF SIGMAR! (It takes place after the end times, when Fantasy wasn’t as profitable as 40k the sci-fi counterpart, so introduced the storm cast eternals, lovingly called the sigmarines by some of the fanbase, along with sterilizing the setting some, releasing an absolutely awful rule set to debut the new models (at GW pricing) and the owning company being itself (also awful) all contributed to the end times and. AoS’s lack of reputation.)

Just used this, playing as Citadel of Dawn HE mod faction. Fighting up the coast early in the game, Nagash has absorbed Luthor. When I get to him around turn 30-35, The Awakening has 5 full stacks defending it, with Krell as one lord, and Neferata as another (and Luthor). Ulthuan had been wiped out totally by turn 30 (Unnatural Selection Ultimate!). This is a difficult game, and looking forward to fighting Nagash and friends!

AHAHAH Yeah knowing them they'll just poop Nagash out like any other LL (with most likely a very high price tag since he's VERY HYPE DUDE) We will probably get a feature to recruit both vampires and tomb kings and if we're VERY lucky MAYBE he'll get a unique skill tree line. MAYBE.

What could be wrong, I load the campaign and I only get a vampire lord near Nagashizzar with one zomby as an army. No Nagash no nothing. I only use the recomended MIXU mod and Configuration mod.

Can someone help me with a problem? I asked around and tried to figure things out myself but no luck so far. At some point whenever I started playing with mods that add factions I just cant play. My lord spawns as a generic one with 1-3 unit from base game. It happens with ALL faction mods now. I used to be able to play just fine just a week or so ago. I DID check my mods, I cant play as Nagash even if I use only this mod and its required ones

There’s Easter eggs for this mod too, haven’t found them all, but reaching level 30 without rejuvenating Nagash gets you one. It supposedly unlocks a rite, but it didn’t work for me, gonna have to restart to see how that works out.
