ALR chose to go to college because she thought it would be way less work and she knew she could drop out easily. ALR wasn’t really forced, she was given a very reasonable choice. But she didn’t want to do either though because she’s lazy. If ALR goes back to college, that will be the day that pigs fly 😂

There is NO WAY a therapist specializing in binging would recommend initiative eating. EVER. A binge eaters intuition and ability to listen to their body signals is completely broken from years and years of pushing past their limits, to heal their emotional pain. She is absolutely in phase 2. Changing diets and eating out several meals in a row is part of phase 2.

She went on a loan she got from the now defunct scamming school. This is why she is/ was in debt. When Becky and Amber first got together they talked about having a lot of debt in a Q&A. Have no idea if she paid it off. In one of her old videos she talks about spending money the school gave her. But poor Casey’s mom did shoulder the burden of Amber’s upkeep. Until she was able to get stuff out of Krystle.

Couple of things…1. She’s “taste testing” with a fork that she uses again and again-No one wants to eat after someone else-so it’s just for her. She’s not showing the samosas, rice and (I forget what else)-so she ate all of that, no doubt. 2. I HIGHLY doubt she has an actual, bonafide therapist. It’s just so extremely suspect that what this “therapist” is telling her is the exact thing she’s been saying all these years on her “weight loss journey”. Either she’s lying about the therapist, or lying about what the therapist is saying.

At her size, she's probably have a hard time recognizing when she's actually full. I'm heavy, not anywhere near her size and started in a medical weight loss program: on two medications and had an extensive interview and application process before entering. I know feel a difference when I do eat and am rarely ever ragingly hungry and do feel full well before I would previously. I pay a pretty penny to have a very educated medical team behind me and a therapist I speak to twice a week and can message her whenever I need to as well for additional support. If she has a therapist, they are a quack suggesting she "intuitively eat" or she flag out ignoring their advice. IMO, she has no therapist and Original Wifey™ was cooking for her all the time so she lost weight. Suddenly now she's backtracking 100% on habits. If she doesnt actually change, she'll not live another 5 years.

I know all too well about infections and delirium from the care home. You have to seriously ignore or neglect yourself to get delirium from an infection. ( Not TOO uncommon in a care home setting with advanced dementia where clients can't even communicate if they are unwell you have to really watch them at all times) It's usually a precursor to sepsis, she's so irresponsible. If it isn't a heart attack that gets her, it'll be something stupidly preventable like sepsis. And much to her dismay, her death certificate will read " complications from morbid obesity"

It’s also WILDLY irresponsible to say that it’s ‘usually a precursor to sepsis’. A simple dental infection gave my son a 104 temperature not neglected hygiene and sepsis is a POSSIBLE complication, NOT inevitable. My husband died from it - an immunocompromised diabetic with a UTI that took him out in 12 hours. That was caused by a catheter, not poor hygiene. An uncontrolled infection can cause a number of consequences, not always fatal and not always leading to sepsis. In fact, sepsis is relatively rare. You shouldn’t be misinforming people, especially when you’re not qualified and only have anecdotal experience.

It's just a secondary infection in your blood which doesn't happen if you treat the primary infection. Hence why I said "neglect" I didn't say everyone who has an infection develops sepsis. That’s what intuitive eating is supposed to be. You listen to your body on what it needs (ex: hunger cues). I know every nutritionist is different but as someone who struggles with food, all my diets where I restricted certain foods failed. I had to understand the difference between a craving and intuition, but basically I eat all the food groups with lean protein, a carb and tons of veggies and fruit. It has helped me out a lot and I still do have “junk food” but in moderation and I don’t crave it as often as I did before. In a month I have already lost 12lbs. To quote ALR , she just doesn’t understand dieting and nutrition like we do 😌

She says when she is successful we blame it on her sickness when the video before she admits she was sick and lost 10 pounds in a few days despite her not losing much when on her diet so far (or ever). Last time she lost this much weight she was also sick, not just with cancer but that too, she admitted then she was so sick she couldn't eat. Funny she can lose more than a .04 when sick. I lost my wonderful Dad due to sepsis in January this year. It’s shocking how quickly it takes someone ; my Dad was gone in under two days..He was much older than Amber but in better shape physically than her with a strong heart .. Amber plays such dangerous games with her health constantly; I actually find it really upsetting for a young woman like her to be so flippant with her life .. It’s not going to end well if she carries on like this 😔

I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful Dad 😔. I agree with u a million percent that Amber is beyond irresponsible and she seriously playing a very dangerous game with her health. I swear she thinks she is above death! The way she is so careless about her health. I had major surgery 2yrs ago, I had cancer, and I went septic. First of all, it comes on so fast it's scary, and the next minute I was shaking so bad because I was freezing. Within 1 hour my temperature went from 100.3 to 103.6. I was so scared! Thank god I was in the hospital so the doctors could start antibiotics immediately. If I was home I would hate to think what would have happened. Thank u for letting me ramble on. Again, I am so sorry about your Dad. I hope u are well ❤️

They're in the comment sections yelling "stop defending Becky!!!!" and insulting her for living off Amber's money. I have type 1 diabetes and I had a severe form of an eating disorder called diabullimia. It means you omit your insulin for long periods of time to garner weight loss. The thing about it is I almost died three times from DKA I had scarring on my liver and they said I would permanently go blind and die if I didn't start taking my insulin. Fast forward to about 6 years. I've pretty much beat my eating disorder and luckily only have a few bad consequences just a few floaters in my vision, some nerve damage in my stomach but that's about it and I'm lucky if you ask me. Even when I had sky high blood sugars I never seemed to get quite as sick as amber. She has a lot of serious illnesses that will progress and kill her. As someone who had blood sugars sitting at 27 regularly i can tell you her health is extremely worrying. I'm now 33 and take my insulin regularly have beat my disorder mostly and tend to inject about four times a day. Now I'm healthy I don't get sick. Lol I really don’t think intuitive eating means eat what you crave. It’s not thinking “hmmm I’m going to intuitively try Indian buffet today” When I was on keto and felt hungry when I thought I shouldn’t be, I thought that I should eat an avocado with my dinner that day for more fat not that I necessarily wanted an avocado but I knew I needed to eat more fat that day. Is that more what intuitive eating means or am I way off. I really have no idea what this is about. There’s a lot of conflicting resources online 🧐🤷🏻‍♀️

intuitive eating means whatever the person saying it thinks it means. it's meaningless, like intuitive drinking. if you don't have healthy eating habits and you use food to cope, it's your intuition that's the problem. you lose the luxury of just 'eating', like an alcoholic loses the luxury of having 'a couple drinks from time to time'.

Intuitive eating basically means listening to your body's cues and using that to nourish yourself. e.g. I'm craving ice cream, I'll drink a glass of non-fat milk instead, that way I get the calcium without the sugar and fat. AL's stomach is stretched and she's probably always hungry. She also seems to be addicted to foods with a lot of carbs and sodium. She doesn't know how to listen to her body and she doesn't really have time to learn it slowly.

I doubt there is a therapist, but if there is, AL is probably twisting her words. I guess it's possible that AL claimed she previously had success with intuitive eating (when she had cancer), and the therapist said she might want to try it again. Maybe? But it just seems so unlikely. Intuitive eating works only if you're really in tune with your body's needs, otherwise it's just chaos and eating whatever you crave at that moment. AL's hunger cues are probably way off because her stomach is so stretched, and her lifelong addiction to fast food is just going to flare up if she's allowed to indulge. She's just making excuses so she can overeat again, because she never intended on restricting in the long term.

The logic of intuitive eating doesn't work when your stomach is enlarged beyond belief. When she considers herself "full" is still enough food for 3 or 4 people. Amber has to measure her food because, by definition, at her size she's lost a real intuition. Frankly, all her problems stem from a delusional coping mechanism or mindset, even when she lies you can tell it's from a place of not fully accepting or knowing right from wrong at her own expense, but understanding if she does not lie she cannot get the response, positivity, the "reality" she wants. It's relatively hard to get what she achieves by this besides a quick but shameful cash grab most people wouldn't risk their reputation AND well being for. I guess in Amber's world there's no embarrassment for her?
