they run off to another, thinking the grass is greener, but in their absence we begin to heal and see them for what they are. We catch onto the game at the time when their little brain goes, 'oh, oh', and they realize the grass wasn't greener and they see what they walked away from and it wasn't your love or you looks, it was the stuff you had and what you did for them. They lost it, they lost it all and they can't get it back for they disrespected you, you saw it, you healed and you decided that you will keep going without the knucklehead in your life. The journey will be rough, and it will take time, but you'll grow and you'll learn and you'll be a stronger better version of yourself. Just ran into my narc and his new supply (who he left me for) at Daytona Bike Week (motorcycle event). They saw me (with a group of other people) laughing, having fun and not looking too bad either, LOL. They, but especially the new supply, just stared at me. I’m not convinced they “chose” their condition. Generally speaking, they’re either abused children or they were raised with a destructive sense of entitlement. At some point in my personal recovery journey I recognized the parallels between the emotionally abused child who evolves into the adult narcissist and the sexually abused child who evolves into a sexual predator... Admittedly these evolutions aren’t absolutes; but they appear consistently enough to raise the specter that there likely is a cause-and-effect relationship.

I felt like that too but idk mine must had been a psycholopath on top of being a narcissist because I could tell by end of our last conversation he was holding back some serious venom towards me and he tried to get me to go see him, I told him I was seeing someone else and now he moved my cousin to number one spot. Yep turns out they had been sleeping together long before we broke up the first time. So since all that didn't destroy me that he already put me thru, he then does this. Now my cousin is obviously a narc, and he don't want to be with her they want good ppl, it's all about destroying good ppl. Smh. I was raised by narcs, scapegoated and shamed by both parents since I was a kid so I got bpd. But yeah these things won't stop. As for me he and my cousin can be whatever, but you have to move stealth because if they know something good you are doing or got going they will destroy it, so if you really are dealing with a real narc, just words of advice, care. I wish I wouldn't had told him I was seeing someone else now. They love messing with u. He knew that it would hurt me because he knew how much my cousin hurt me over the years, so it ripped a band aid off an old wound. Maybe yours was only a narcissist though and not a psychopath too. Idk.

When I broke up with him, and I did it in such a way that he did not even expect it, he couldn’t figure it out what happened. right after that he started creating fake accounts, writing to my friends and ‘crying’, sending his people to my house, smear campaign at work, and when it did not work, he put on a show with new supply under my windows. Nothing brought him relief. It's been about half a year since I broke up with him and he is still playing around, making new accounts, writing to me and trying to reach me out. For YEARS I've felt like I wasn't loving HER the way she deserved. Like I was the person making HER feel like SHE wasn't enough. I now realize it was how she felt about HERSELF. Not me. My soon to be ex husband told me that i didnt care about the marriage and took it for a joke. So with those feelings he assumed, he moved on within 3 months after our separation and filed for divorce. I tried to work it out but he betrayed me and chose the other person over me/family. We have a 20+yr history, he did me so wrong, I was so forgiving and the 1 time I asked for a chance he told me no. I have decided to let go and move on with my life but I know nothing is going to go right for him after this betrayal.

So here’s how I was able to do no contact… When dealing with the Narc I learned they was still communicating with all their exes. After thinking wait if I stop communicating with the narc that would put me at the top because I would be the only ex out of communication. That placed me at the top of all the exes. This made me excited about going no contact. Next how to stop thinking about them??? When I realized 95% of the reason why I’m thinking about them randomly is because THEY ARE THINKING ABOUT ME!!! When I learned this from other people who broke no contact just to talk with their narc they all told me the narc started crying constantly saying they could not stop thinking about them. So now 2.5 years later I’m free with a new empath who I’m dating and I am just doing this out of being happy to share this with y’all! Btw I needed this much time after dealing with the narc for only 3 months which should tell you how powerful narcs are with the evilness…

Now I'm coming back strong by praying to God to help me through this heartbreak and indescribable pain in my heart and I could not do this on my own begging God to give me strength to make it through the abuse this man put me through. And God did pull me through it I promise never to deal with him again and now I'm learning to just enjoy life alone with male friends who u ow what I've been through and just makes me feel safe and have fun with lots of laughter. We in the same apartment an living completely separate lives. I'm good with it because I don't wonder where he's going or when he's coming back. Im only living like this until my new place comes through. But he seems to stay mad at me. Everything you said I've done, got a job, improved my credit(that he was trying to ruin). I ran into my ex and her new victim yesterday at the blood bank.🤣🤣🤣 I just acted like she didn't exist. Started watching comedy. i felt her giving me dirty looks of disgust which made me lmao, then she was purposely trying to get my attention. Lame sh*t. Now that im healed and have been on no fap semen retention ive been getting closer to God and my aura is shining bright and its was like my presence alone pissed her demons off. I knew right at that moment that i wasn't discarded at all GOD REMOVED ME so he could heal and and build me back up stronger with new knowledge and a renewed spirit. Now i can spot a narc a mile away. Their energy is dark and they hate our light.

@@dquest7761 I’m so happy to hear this. I read narcs don’t regret unless it affects them. Ya know I’ve always had good people in my life and this man was the absolute worst. I never wished karma or bad to happen to anyone, but I have to say I do to him. We were together for 3 years. He always seemed to escape too harsh of consequences by just a hair. I’ll never know but I hope he gets his. He didn’t physically abuse me but the games and emotional abuse were just out of this world, yet he’d say I did it to myself. As for the cheating , he’d tell me it wasn’t cheating because we were broken up but I never got the memo. I fixed his IRS issues and I’ll bet he gets away with not paying a dime. We last spoke in February as of March, he’s married. He never said a word or admitted her to me until I found out myself. She says she has stronger boundaries and can tame him. He proposed to me, but I didn’t pursue, he lost his job and moved back to his home state where they rekindled what I thought in the past was an unhealthy relationship. She says God brought him back to her. He’s very religious and believes cheating is a sin, so I know I’ll never speak to him again. Guess she won her prize. Maybe she can make him adjust his behavior enough to where he is tolerable. I will tell you he spoke so ugly about her to me it’s amazing they are married. He says she’s familiar and convenient since moving back home. How romantic.
