My father in law is an narcissist and he made my mother in law as mental disorder person.Their son who is my husband also behaving like my father in law.Now after seeing ur videos I decided to go out of my husband .as im bonding with my husband for 26 years Im emotional ly feeling weak to leave.what's ur advice mam

BONDING??!!, Rethink about it. It's not bonding. 🔴 Its trauma bonding, he has created in you (Incase he has NPD). 🔴 If you are sure that he has NPD, How and in what ways would you be bonded with him, because he would have no emotions for you?. 🔴 End of the day, considering the consequences, it's your call, to decide, whether you want to STAY or LEAVE.

Sister I have been suffering with narssistic husband since 22 years. I'm not financially independent. Because of him always I kept landing with health issues. Abortions. Now I don't know what to do, living for children. I didn't have knowledge of this disorder and my parents are not supportive of coming out. Pl advice

Hi Ramya, I can empathize with your situation. 🔴Almost, a maximum number of victims stuck in toxic relationships won't be getting the support required from family. 🔴 Nobody knows about mental disorders. But we should have known about unhealthy relationships, which we didn't get to know, because our own family failed to guide us regarding the same. It's ok. At least you know now. Late is better than never. 🔴 You should accept the reality that you need to fight the battle all alone 🔴 the First step is to stop expecting that somebody is going to save you from this pain you are surviving. That's not going to happen. 🔴 Next step is to believe in yourself. Develop self-care and self-love. Build strong boundaries. Believe that you are strong enough to find solutions and make it through. 🔴 Take your life under your control. 🔴 END of the Day... You need to decide... How do you want to spend the rest of your life? 🔴 You say that you are living in this toxic environment for the sake of your children??? This means even they are being abused. 🔴Think about what's best for you and your children. If possible, talk to them. I think they are mature enough to support you in your decisions. 🔴 Think and decide accordingly.
