Honestly dude I think this guy is just a disturbed man, may have had a very painful life emotionally, maybe abused, possibly deprived of attention in his life which may explain why he wanted to “be famous”, which ended with this. And for his reason for doing this on Christmas, it could have stemmed from him hating the positivity around this part of the year when he himself feels no positivity, and wants revenge on the public, screams mental illness or just plain psychopath.

Had the Police done something more when His Girlfriend told them a year ago then 2ND Ave. Would be intact still....

He is narcissistic and possibly other mental health disorders. The wants to definitely wants us to play mind games on his motives even the person he left his property too.
