I’m was thinking about the same, but, the Ultrawave is the descendant of the Multiwave Distortion, which is a wonderful plasticky distortion box capable of very unique saturated yet controlled sounds, and it’s actually tough to find.

Reminds me of the MXR Sub Machine that I have, the octave up is footswitchable, and the sub octave is on a knob, you can add it in either in parallel to the fuzz or through the fuzz. All three going through the fuzz is insane, but glorious. (It's based on the Foxx Tone Machine fuzz, but with elements of the MXR Blue Box sub octave fuzz.)

Okay, now that I’ve watched the whole video, here’s something to try. If you have a couple ABYs, you can create a second output and input for your chain, then connect them and you create a feedback loop that you can turn on or off. This would be great for that. Other pedals I’d recommend are the Meris Ottobit and Earthquaker Time Shadows and Pyramids.
