Helllllllllo worrrrrrld! Please leave a comment... where you're from, etc. :) This is an audio segment, albeit poor quality, of the premiere held at the Vatican, Nov 26th 2006, of the cinematic masterpiece 'The Nativity Story'. I was testing out my new mp3 recorder and had it on its lowest setting. Anyways, it gives you an idea. Here you have the Italian poet reading, and the opening of the movie. The audio, albeit poor, of the entire premiere, is found here:media.putfile.c... where you can hear the presenter introduce the Bishop (who you hear asking the audience who of them speaks Italian and then English) who in turn introduces a famous italian actor, who in turn leads to the beginning of the film, which in turn takes you on a journey with Mary and Joseph and all those who were blessed to approach that manger in Bethlehem which sheltered the God-Man in the intitial hours of his human life! There's also a huge applause when the Saviour is born, the audience obviously moved by the humility and unconditional love of God in coming to us in this way, and when the camera eases out of the manger scene, where the artistry is too grand and had to be acknowledged by the audience. Both applauses occur towards the end of the film.A great blog which contains pretty well everything you wanna know about the film here: nativitymovie.b... May God always protect us. Peace world. xo
