"Here we see the nap-room at the Bureau of Ordinance, where the Type 14 torpedo was ignored for so many years."

Thanks! From our website: "As part of a general Defense Department shift away from Government-owned production facilities, the Plant's industrial work ceased, much of its land was diverted to non-Navy uses and its name reverted to Washington Navy Yard. During the subsequent four decades, it emerged as a major administrative center, with a considerable historical presence, and has recently seen many of its old industrial buildings modified for new purposes or replaced by more modern structures."

One of the buildings now houses a museum, many other buildings are still there, though some are unused.

You can hear someone talking in the background. Did they just videotape a screening of the film?

The UK used to have industry like this, not a shred of it left now after it was all sold off and flattened so they could use the money to gamble on the money markets and avoid doing any actual work.
