The dinosaur media (espn,tnt,etc) never gives Cleveland teams credit, but I’ve definitely been noticing especially with the Cavs, independent media on YT and other platforms, getting behind them and giving them the respect they’ve earned….and I’m completely fine with that if you haven’t heard espn and tnt are struggling with viewership. Just like we saw with politics ppl are turning away from legacy media and turning to independent media.

Love how Atkinson uses deep bench, he plays chess, Bickerstaff played checkers.Allen is 2nd most important Cav after Mitchell, JA rebounds, screens, and inside D is best on team, so deep at guard with LaVert or Jerome, but at 5 Thor not quite ready and TT getting old

Im a huge Cavs fan, No F'ing doubt that the NTL media diminishes and doubts us! Good video homie, but I''m a realist and here what it is! Playoffs past two season, all of our weaknesses have been exposed big time! We have no legit true 3 wing, not referring to 3 & D wing, but a wing who is a 6"7-6"10 SF. I promise you bro, If C's are fully healthy, we lose in 6, 7 maybe if we are lucky. Of course you never know, but I think this team gets disrespected largely BC we don't have that piece. Without that piece, no way we get past BOS with a health Brown, Tatum and Zinger. A lot also depends on Molly's growth trajectory, but not having a true SF is not the teams only weakness. Outside of Evan and JA, No back up Center exists, or PF outside of Wade who is the least durable player ever. I love my Cavs, not saying they can't do it, but unless an unforeseen losing streak comes along, this front office aint trading for those missing pieces. It is still early, so far we've been very impressive, but I still think this team is maybe even a mid move away from true title contension. Hell get us Cam Johnson from BRK and it's on.That is all we are missing in my opinion. That and maybe a true backup 4 or 5.

The media hates to give the Cavs respect because it's CLEVELAND. Cleveland is no longer the mistake by the lake, but metro Clevelanders, unlike the people of Detroit still speak of and act like Cleveland is nothing. Thus outsiders, including media pundits simply pick up and play off of lowly Cleveland attitude of Clevelanders. Notice how the media gives more respect to Detroit? It's because Detroiters first speak up proudly for their city generally. Clevelanders, stop acting like Cleveland is nothing and the media will soon respect and speak more highly about Cleveland and it's sports teams.
