No mention of his defense, which is VASTLY improved.

Ive been waiting for him to flourish. Took a while to get used to the different style in the NBA. But those that watched him play college ball knew it was coming, injuries aside.
@odizza16885 ай бұрын
It had nothing to do with a different style in the NBA. He came to a bad team with a bad FO and bad coach. Your giving off CASUAL vibes buddy

@entongbrewok4115 ай бұрын
@@MoonBounce89i dont think he so mad,but he said the truth.im bulls fan, and yes,bulls is suck,bad team,bad fo,bad owner. And coby had bad team mate name zach lavine,then came ddr,both are ball hog who stop the offensive flow. Bulls won 4 in row after zach injuried,should won 5 if ddr didn played hero ball in the 4th quarter and ot against the bucks

Very similar to a young Curry situation... locked up on a great contract and just need to build around him.

Coby is awesome, Wish you would have talked about his Defense this year. Dude takes charges. Has taken more charges this season than Carushow.
@natedagreat67045 ай бұрын
He’s also a very solid defender. Especially for his size

Moving on from LaVine is likely a good move. But I don't necessarily agree with moving on from DeRozan. He's still got plenty in the tank, is a strong team player and leader, and is super clutch in crunch time. A very valuable asset for any team, especially in the playoffs.
@robglobal15 ай бұрын
Cobys play lately is top 20 in the league lol thats crazy! His improved defense is whats most impresive in my opinion...didn't see that coming and ive been following him under a microscope since NC. Very impressed!

First video I've seen on NBA YT about Coby White; love the variety in your vids and the fact that you don't talk about the same topics as most other channels. Hoping your channel blows up soon fr, you deserve it 🙏🏾

I’ve been telling everyone that he’s (and Pat and to some extent Ayo) are held back by having two ball dominant, iso guards.
@colekrug31195 ай бұрын
Everyone says Coby’s breakout is this giant surprise…it’s really not. Just has been a waiting game. Injured entire year 3 summer, came back to a whole different team in the middle of the season with an undefined role, then has just chipped away to become what he’s becoming. He ain’t done
@Justheresoiwontgetfined5 ай бұрын
I thought his ceiling was Jason Terry. He’s closing in on that

This is a keen observation I wholly agree with that I think many are not seeing. Derozan is the ultimate veteran leader and sets a great example. He also still balls and is playing in the system. He is still the king of the fourth too, can get a bucket when you really need it. This team can still be really good. I don't believe in a teardown. I believe in moving on from Lavine and seeing how they do.
@micaheldey19815 ай бұрын
Coby has been working with CP3 in the offseason the last 2 years. That’s how his D and handles have tightened up and keeping his head up on a swivel. You can see the improvements last year and now he has the keys as a starter it’s all coming together.

A year ago Bulls fanbase and Chicago podcasters were screaming for Coby to be traded and just this August wanted Jevon Carter to be the starting PG over White. One correct thing Bulls front office has done is re-signing this kid instead of listening to others.
