My husband had a cardiac arrest and had a nde two weeks before he died and he said he never had felt so much comfort and love, when the doctor said that he didn’t have much time to live we decided that he’s going home and on our way hom he said “ I think that I had that cardiac arrest so I don’t have to be afraid of death” I nursed him the last week. We talked much during that time, his dead parents visited him two days before he died, they told him that he soon be going, that was on Thursday and on Saturday noontime he passed away and the way he did was so beautiful and peaceful and I laid down beside him during his last minutes telling him that I love him. I’m longing for the day we meet again.

My Aunt died of Bladder Cancer on March 1, at 7 p.m. She fell into a deep sleep on Feb 29, at 4 p.m. On March 1, at 8 a.m, I had a very vivid dream with her. She came big at first, then was seated accross from me. There was a table between us. She looked about thirty years younger, and beautiful. Makeup, and hair perfect, as she liked it. I said, " I love you ", and she started to cry. A tear fell down her left cheek. She started to say it back, but the words never came out. Just then I started gliding towards her, putting my right hand out to touch her. Before I was able to, I woke up. I firmly believe that her soul had left her body already, when she could not be awoken from her deep sleep. She was between both worlds, and I miss her every single day. R.I.P. Maureen, we had alot of great years together. I'll love you forever.

The night my friend died a being a robed being whom looked entirely human in everyway appeared twice for around 30 seconds in the space of about 40 mins. He was illuminated and looked as though he was not in my bedroom but looking into the room from his own domain, i could see a sky behind him he had very pale brownish eyes, his hair was pulled back which was mid brown and a bit wiry. He had a moustach and beard which was strangely sparse and cut shorter on his right part of the chin than the left. Both times he appeared his face showed concern but less so the second time. He quickly materialised from an orangey beige fuzzy ball of light. I'll never forget it . I knocked on my friends bedroom door when i got up and he had expired. This being had a very strong resemblance to the actor Bruce Weitz.

I don't know what I'm going to to without you.' He raised his hands up waving them around and said 'Don't you know? I'm always with you. I'm always around you.' Then I woke up. These videos bring me so much peace. I lost my Dad and sister and I’ve been sometimes tormented by grief. When I watch them I feel this sense of healing and I can feel my sisters spirit around me. It’s the most incredible feeling ever. I don’t understand it fully but the other side is so real. It’s so close. My sister and I used to sing together all the time and we had a band called Cozzi. I took a lot for granted when we could so easily do this together before and it became so painful to want to sing again. I decided to bring back Cozzi and I have dreams with her where she sometimes helps me write a song. Or I can feel her with me when I’m writing songs over the piano and crying myself tired while there. This is truly the most important thing in life. To know that we are not alone. That our loved ones stay by our sides forever. That we come here for a reason and we are meant to serve one another and love each other. Thank you so much for your message 💛 your spirit is so uplifting and so full of light. Thank you so much 💛

dylan scronce I know this feeling. You have every right to feel this way. Allow yourself to feel this pain without numbing substances and distractions. Allow your self to feel the pain of losing your brothers and cry, scream and let it come out. The more we process our grief the more healing can occur. This will open you up and allow you to feel your brothers around. What I have been doing that has helped me get my grief out has been following a guided meditation on healing from grief. (I’ll put the info of the app below). I used to be so closed to everything especially anything spiritual but I’ve been working on finally processing my grief and have been allowing myself to cry and let it out everyday. I had been numbing with food and isolating myself in a basement just gaining weight and losing all drive to continue living and couldn’t remember what it felt like to be happy and myself anymore. I was losing all my sense of self and drive and just wanted to go and be with my sister. I miss her so much and missed her so much it was too painful to admit she was gone from this physical world but I decided to give it my all to healing because I know she would want me to. I know my husband, mother, family, friends...would be traumatized if I left and I knew I couldn’t allow myself to die. This also goes for you Dylan. You mean so much to the people around you and I know it may be hard to see that sometimes but you have a purpose for being here and the world needs your spirit. So... I chose to fight and heal because of this... because just like it hurts to lose those we love we would also cause this pain on others by leaving. Allowing myself to feel and express my pain has made me more vulnerable and sensitive and has helped me deepen my compassion towards others. It has helped me feel my sister and my dad. Helped me forgive my dad for having been abusive and has helped me become a better version of myself I never knew existed. I’m still working on this though and it’s a journey. I cried my eyes out yesterday during a meditation and it helped me feel open and continues to deepen my healing. We can’t simply move on from these kind of experiences but we can choose to heal and allow for deeper love and compassion within us to grow. Because we loved those so much who have passed away our grief helps transform us into more compassionate human beings. It helps deepen our love for life and forgiveness and just everything becomes so much more Beautiful because we loved and loss. Grief is a necessary and natural process. It has allowed me to be more sensitive to my sisters spirit. They really are so close to use. I realized I had been avoiding my grief and choosing to numb the pain had desensitized me to feeling anything. I had been trying to do anything but letting myself feel again or live again and it completely separated me from feeling anything spiritual and left me feeling so alone and angry. I promise you will start to feel again one day and you will feel your brothers around you. Allow yourself to heal Dylan and I say all this from the bottom of my heart. You are special And you are important. This is the app I use to help guide me in meditations ( Insight Timer) there are free guided meditations and there are courses you can purchase inside the app as well. It looks like a bowl icon when you search it in Apps. You can type grief in the search bar and different meditation session will appear. Sometimes they’re people telling a story’s and explaining grief to you and teach you how to understand what you are experiencing. It has helped me so much. Sending you so much love Dylan. Hold on.

@Ruby Badilla Yes, of course we all die. But what I "saw" (if I can put it like that) is that death is only a line on the ground across which we step, while we ourselves continue. I can't be dogmatic about it, but it's what I clearly "saw".

We are all here for a reason and when we go Home we are just asked how well have you loved as each interaction, action, thought, word, visualisation, wish, prayer, curse, makes a huge difference in the overall soup of life. I wasn't suicidal and never have been but I longed to go back home at that point in time. Fortunately, I now understand that I chose that childhood and now I understand why. I love these film productions of Anthony Chene's so much I held movie nights with my closest friends and I got them to donate $15 each time they watch a film. I did this because I know that Anthony makes these films from his own blood, sweat and tears. He is so passionate about these subjects and driven by the beauty of nature. They are exceptional films. They deserve our love and support. Words are fantastic but they don't create the solidity of creation. Money does. Money is such a beautiful energetic exchange. It is an exchange of time. Please give time to Anthony so he can continue to share his love with us. Especially during these times of isolation. Namaste

I hear you Chris Kito and you sharing your story has helped me- thank you. In 1983 I have seen Gods White light and touched it while fully awake and the only way I can describe it is like being wrapped up in a warm blanket of pure love from head to toe. I am in the wrong place but will be going home soon.

I am a hindu and I had the same experience. I could feel the pure love and sense that there is God presence. It was only bright light. When i open my eyes, i told my husband that i just saw God in dream.

@@nandarani975 I share this story occasionally but I think you are special and have also been bless by God Nanda so here is the full story....My White light story 1983 Normally I would not answer back but on the subject of God but I can tell you a true story that happened to me and my wife in 1983. We had been living together since 1980 with her two small children from two other fathers. Her third marriage and my first. We were arguing a lot in 1983. We were living in a two story home in Willow Glen built in 1908 at 1127 Settle St. San Jose, Ca 95125 I was upstairs and Belinda downstairs. We wee having another of many arguments-I was so angry and pissed off and went upstairs and I got down in front of my bed for the first time in my life on my hands and knees in prayer position and swore at God-calling him every curse word I could think of and saying that if I did not see a Sign that he was real I was leaving this screwed up relationship. Mind you I too did not go to church and still don’t nor did I believe in God at that time----I was just very desperate, exhausted and frustrated with my life and my relationship. Two days later Belinda and I are fighting again-I go upstairs and go to bed angry-Belinda is downstairs in the living room on the couch watching TV with the dogs which is directly below our bedroom upstairs. I am laying in bed looking up at the bedroom ceiling and all of a sudden a beam or 12 inch circular tube of the most intense white light comes through the roof making a very calming swooshing sound-not more than one foot from my head by the right edge of the bed....the white light beam goes through the floor and lights up the entire downstairs so that you can not even see your hand in front of your face according to my wife who called up to me frightened as all hell. There was a swooshing sound to the white light and a unbelievable warmth to the light that ran through my body head to toe when I forced myself to put my index finger into the tube of white light that I can only describe as Gods love-if I had to describe it..it was like being wrapped in a warm blanket of unconditional love -the pure white light filled the whole downstairs and even traveled back up the stairwell and then it went out the same way it came in….down the stairwell to the downstairs living room, up to the living room ceiling back into our bedroom past my head again and back through the second story roof. All this lasted for about 30 seconds. Since then I believe in God. I believe it was God leaving his calling card only like he could in a miracle for those without faith. The kids got up in the morning and they ask us what the bright light was. Even though their downstairs bedroom door was just barely cracked open they too where aware of the bright white light that filled the house that night. Belinda and I are still married after 32 years…still arguing constantly. I still don’t go to church but I believe there is a God and I talk to him every night before I go to sleep. I tell this story to others when the right moment comes as I believe God would want me to pass this on to others. I feel very privileged that God came into my life because I am a man without a religion and those with faith seem much more worthy but like they say God works in mysterious ways.

As a reader and a writer, I believe that every good story, the main character has a challenge or suffering to overcome. It could be death, divorce, loss, disability,.or trauma .Every GREAT story is how the main character steps up to face that challenge/suffering..Does the person face it head on or let it take over. I believe we all come to this life with a struggle to be faced. How we meet that challenge is what makes for a great life story.

Why doesn’t anyone ever call an ambulance? As a paramedic it is very frustrating hearing these stories. Call for an ambulance if you are having a medical emergency. They can do a lot to save your life other than just give you a ride to the hospital. It’s literally like the ER is coming to you.

I had an out of body experience as a child. Maybe I did die, I don't know. But it made me realize there was more to life that I could understand with my five sense as your NDE did for you Chris. But your courageous tale has helped clarify the direction I need to go in being more conscious, compassionate and learn as much as I can to have a more complete life and improve the world around me. Thank you Chris. I'm so glad you made it back and have improved so many lives as well as your own.

“To fear death is nothing other than to think oneself wise when one is not. For it is to think one knows what one does not know. No one knows whether death may net even turn out to be one of the greatest blessings of human beings. And yet people fear it as if they knew for certain it is the greatest evil.” - Socrates

I believe the fear is "baked in" by God, who went to great pains to create this world so that we could come here and grow. If we all knew, with certainty, how good the other side is, and that it is in fact our "real" home, that we cannot die, and that we do not suffer or have any pain there, WHO in their right mind would wish to stay here with the pain and suffering in so many lives? We'd all be literally killing ourselves to go back home, and in the process defeat the entire purpose of having come here. The same is true of religion. Nothing turns people away from Christ faster then someone going "Jesus this, Jesus that, praise Jesus Jesus Jesus..." non stop. I think spirituality is a task we are meant to undertake alone. WE have to find our path to God. WE have to want it, WE have to open our heart to him... and when we do, he comes right in... and I can tell you, life is more enjoyable and easier to live when you have genuine faith and trust Christ and his plan for you. I know I am loved, and I know I am watched over and I am very grateful for it.

@@TasteMyStinkholeAndLikeIt two snowflakes were put in a petri dish . One had a label with the word LOVE written on it placed beside it, the other had a negative word, like HATE placed beside it. The outcome was that the Love snowflake remained in its normal shape, the one with hate beside it was all misshapen and twisted. The power of love is stronger than hate, & this experiment proved it. Make of that what you want, but you're coming from a negative mindset anyway. Maybe you ought to look into the power of positive, not negativity.? Love to everyone ♥️

I think u may be correct. I saw that light which shines unconditional love that people who have NDEs talk about. The love it sends is so much more powerful than any love people are able to feel so I have been thinking it is either an angel or maybe God... Random Kindness. Recognizing when conflict is about to arise, stop myself from reacting, resolving peacefully. Never passing on negative emotion to others. And recognizing every negative event is a wake up jolt to change our ways toward positive- therefore being thankful for them. Not sinking deeper into victimhood of why me but thankful for the responsibility that it was me.

I did not have an out of body experience, but it changed me. I’m more grateful, more loving, more in tune with people around me. That’s another thing that changed, people are important regardless of their connection with me, family is the same as the stranger at the mall. It’s amazing, and heartbreaking at the same time. To “feel” people around you is a burden at times, and a blessing in others. Thank you for sharing your experience, it validated mine my friend. Blessings to you and MAM, who sent me this video!!!
