I remember Surendranath Garu,in 1979 there was no university and not big college in puttaparthy.swamy took me directly as bhajan singer in Brindavan in 79jan and asked me to live in parti and sing bhajans in mandir when my husband was away to Brazil.so I lived there for one year eight months and sang bhajans in mandir.usha was there before me.that time students were not singing as it was not big college.only mohanrao garu was singing gents side.when seshamani couple come to Parth’s they were singing.Boys from Brindavan use to come to Parth’s for festivals,they use to sing in Parth’s.that time we also use to sing as we were regular singers.As you mentioned they were practising bhajans in that hall where you said.i went back to blare and again sang in Brindavan till 87sep.even then whenever we come to Parth’s I use to sing in mandir until ladies bhajans were stopped.can you reply how you remember that they are singing from 79?

Of course,our Brindavan singers Prabha,Kuppam Vijayamma and Parvathi Mahadevan also use to sing when they come to Parth’s in festival times.few ladies from Delhi and Bombay and Pune also use to come in festival times.As swamy gave me very rare opportunity and showeredhis abundance grace I could enjoy living in Parthi .for that I am grateful forever and you know swamy had physically blessed all my composition which he only gave and still giving.After mahasamadhi also he is blessing my bhajans.if I said any wrong thing please donor take it in negative way.ofcourse now students are best singers and Swamy’s full grace and blessings are on them.sairam.
