Yea, but lots of those garbage are absorbed by our mind automatically and only introspection can make us dentify those garbage in our mind.

@@Fcpuru95 The data is to use when you need and garbage when you dont need Most of the times when i try to meditate the Garbage goes really wild ( sometimes i even forget i was trying to meditate :) Im not an expert and really far from it but meditation is probably when you just feel the now , your innerself ( dont know if its all but i think we need to at least pass and experience this stage ) So for the ones who try to meditate data is garbage

People like sadguru never understand the seriousness of introspection and self love kind of topics Because he was always been selfish thorough out his life Selfish people don't need any introspection and self love drama because they anyway do what they like, they never think about others feelings and emotions They only fulfill what they want, selfish people never compromise or adjust for anything

Introspection involves looking at oneself from a distance....observing the mental and emotional processes of oneself. Therefore it is a distancing from oneself. In psychology this is called dissociation. INTROSPECTION AND DISTANCING ARE ONE AND THE SAME.

Without realizing its insignificance, Western philosophy is built on introspection. The awareness of its insignificance, arises once the proper distance is created between you and your mind, which is hard to see from the Western perspective because the individual is indentical with the mind. This distance is needed in the world right now, and yoga is the tool which makes this possible. Thank you Sadhguruji 🙏

Also Doctor Bob Altemeyer has noted that a lack of introspection is a quality one finds in those with Authoritiarian Follower personalities. Authoritarian Followers are A: loyal to those they see as legitimate authority, B: highly conventionalist and hostile to outsiders and C: uncriticality. Especially in combination with those who with Social Dominator personalities, Authoritarian Followers are the foundations of cults and fascist movements. If you want a praticularly infamous example of this activity, see the horrors wrought by the Einstatsgruppen in WWII.

What he is saying is that Introspection would not be required it you could act consciously. Where your Mind and Body works the way you want. Well, that is far far away for 99% of the people. Shambhavi Mahamudra taught in the Inner Engineering class can make it happen for you. We may not be able to do it by ourselves for lifetimes.
@9kArdos3
@9kArdos3 Жыл бұрын
@@manishnahar Sorry to butt in, Your answer is nearly perfect, there is one mistake thou. "Can make it happen for you" is a terrible idea to feed someone, even if somewhat true. Please allow me to correct you. If you are conscious enough, introspection will not happen at all or it will happen at perfect proportions and no matter how much it happens, it won't bother you, won't be time wasted. It's just called remembering or awareness instead. Example: What did I do in 1993 July 14 at midnight? I took a piss. Split second expression of will to remember, and done, I know. 😉 Introspection means you don't know what the hell are you doing, what is happening. You do not solve that with more introspection. That is what people do. 🤨 You solve that with becoming aware, of what the hell are you doing, what is happening. If you know that you don't know, that is already great improvement.🤭 Shambhavi Mahamudra and Inner Engineering will not do it for you, You do them, you use them, them processes will help for sure. 100% The main process is becoming more and more conscious, the best tool for consciousness is the human body. But using that to it's potential might take lifetimes to master So you use every single thing you can get. If you just do Shambhavi Mahamudra, it will push you in the right direction with great force. Even if you are doing it for the wrong reason and other nonsense. Cheers!

For self Introspection and overthinking neither are good neither are the solution. You just need to be joyful. And maintain a little distance between you and your mind. (This is true, you can do it within weeks of meditation. I did. You can too. A distance between your mind and yourself.) gives you an outside perspective at your mess. Now you can simply see because you are looking from a different dimension (for example in the traffic jam (2d plane) once you are watching it from above, you are in the 3rd dimension i.e. z axis. And you can clearly see things. This is just what is needed in life.

There is no right/correct belief. It's called knowledge. All belief is wrong by definition. Reading, walking, smelling, seeing, etc. is not the nonsense dwelling in your mind we are talking about here. Yes you can gather knowledge. Clarity? No. You can not gather clarity. Clarity comes, if you and your nonsense have sufficient distance from each other. You have done inner engineering and S.M.? If you are done with it, you didn't get it in the first place, you have not even begun. Are you done with your hand? With your head? You are oozing nonsense.🤣🤣🤣

Well it's not easy to come out from the old ways. Introspection is the natural behavior of livingbeings that knows pain. I'd been through over a million introspection just to broke out the invisible walls here and there. Til this day, I'm still having introspection from time to tim, though the rate of doing so is much lower and the stories gradually worned out. The moment I changed from "why do I have to be the one that being hurt" into "why do I even suffering from something that can't be change", I'm starting to lose thoose same stories that ran over and over again. It's not psychological drama at that point, it's a form of amusement. Some parts of me enjoyed the pain and suffering occured over and over again. That's something you must realized.

All words are empty, indicators to realities. The word table has nothing to do with a Table. The word table is just 1 gram of information, the actual Table is a Whole universe in itself. (Atoms, molecules, weight, position, shape, reflection, etc. there is no end to it) Whenever we talk about something that exists, which is the only thing to talk about, the only sensible thing to do is figure what the Talker is talking about, The words are without substance They seem not, when and because you already have knowledge about what they point at from experience.
