@@newfacepaula garrosh wasnt bullied wtf. his story after burning crusade was corrupted and crapped on by bad writing. his storyline was a good and entertaining one in burning crusade where thrall helped him with his daddy issues and he was going to be a fair and just leader of the horde to honor his father's courageous death. then in wotlk(the beginning of the end for wow as a decent storyline) garrosh was suddenly focused with taking out the alliance and taking over azeroth. it was complete bullcrap and a bad storyline. whats left of blizzard entertainment is slowly starting to realize the mistakes that were made. however it might be too late already to repair the damage.

For all we know they could have been over run or messed up far worst centuries earlier. Aegwynn's whole rationale was to take the fight to the demons and she did ultimately take out a massive army as well as an avatar of sargeras, granted she got infected in the process. But with another guardian that massive demon army could've just won right then and there.

After agonizing for a moment, she realizes there's someone else there, a wdesperate and weak soul being tortured by the shadows; that wretched soul was Arthas. So, no redepmtion at all for him.

It's clearly stated that after sylvannas attempted to kill herself she was brought to a reality what she percieved to be the afterlife. It's never clearly stated if specifically Arthas's soul went to this "tormented afterlife" all that we are told is from the perspective of Sylvannas (whose ark hasnt completely finished). The redemption again if you've read the books or played the game was the fact that Arthas's humanity was brought back to him right before he died.

Remember when the cinematics was just a bunch of characters representing the "players" and their different races and classes. Retail WoW has become this soap opera epic where the player is supposed to be the catalyst or the big part of the story, while it simountanously tries to push the "main characters" as also the driving forces in the story.

There is a much stronger connection between the history of the Horde and Azeroth in the cinematic than we all realized. When he talks about the history of the First Horde he talks about the genocide the Orcs committed on the Draenei, their bones paving the Path of Glory. The thing is though is that it wasn’t the Draenei that were just killed, Draenor itself was destroyed by the Horde. The planet itself was desolate and dying, the future of the Orcs was in doubt and it was their own fault. It’s the whole reason why they came to Azeroth, they didn’t do it for fun or glory, they did it because it was the Orcs’ only chance at survival. That leads us to the previous seemingly disconnected statements of the cinematic, the dishonor of the Horde and how Azeroth is their home. Saurfang is realizing that it is happening again, the world is in danger of dying while the Horde fights on. If Azeroth dies they have no place to go, there is no alien version of Medivh to help them travel to a new world. Saurfang didn’t just mean breaking the cycle of conflict between the Alliance and Horde. He also meant breaking the cycle of the Horde destroying its world.

Like what they did in "Sins Of A Solar Empire: Rebellion", where after years of constant strife and war, each faction started fighting itself over what should "Really" be done and splits into ideological factions bent on either trying to find peace for the greater good, or continuing the war due to perceived distrust and cultural incompatibilities. Yea, there does seem to be quite a bit of Peace Talking with some big-name characters. But we all know more than a few people in either faction are far and above just wanting the constant war to stop; they want the entire other side annihilated with no mercy. Grudges dont just disappear overnight, and with sleights happening left and right, it is as Taran Zhu said: "Every reprisal is itself an act of aggression, and every act of aggression triggers immediate reprisal!" It would just continue the cycle of sheer warfare.

The time is right for the war between Alliance and Horde to come to an end. It won't happen over night, but it will happen. I expect it will take through the next full expansion to finally cement as we fight all the old gods returned. At the end of expansion 9, we will learn of the Void Lords and of Death manifested into form. Expansion 10 will be Void vs Death with life caught in the middle.

Probably, since Blizzard aren't really capable of coming up with a plausible story, but realistically, the armies of the alliance are split and decimated, horde are probably worse. They were initially losing the war, then they had a civil war, and their new allies are probably not too happy about the peace with the people that killed their king and raided their home. Sylvanas is still a thing, so is N'Zoth. This new alliance should have no chance of survival with attacks coming from inside and outside. But I'm sure Blizzard will pull some *power of friendship* bullshit or something similar and make it work whichever way they want.

It could eventually happen. I can see Thrall taking him under his wing now that Varok is gone. In time, he could become Warchief. He seems to have the demeanor/qualities that Varok, Baine, Thrall, and Vol'jin admire.
