The neighbor is keeping a cat in the hallway

A man heard a cat meowing and found a cat tied up in the hallway. The cat was tied to the railing. The cat belongs to the children of the upstairs residents. Since they couldn't keep the cat at home, they kept it in the hallway. They refused to sell the cat to the man.

Para que deixar o bichinho sofrer, no fim venderam do mesmo jeito, essa dita criança ruim, vó ruim pais ruins o que só darão donos ruins. Nunca deveriam ter animais.
