The Neighbors Were in SUSPENSE by My Random Act of Kindness

This yard is unoccupied with no one maintaining it. After laying my eyes on it, I knew I had to get it done. I tried getting in touch with the property manager/owner, but had no luck. I was a bit hesitant but got some encouragement from a good friend. After getting there and walking the property, I realized it wasn't as small as I anticipated. It was way overgrown in the back and larger than I thought, which is NEVER a problem.
