Good catch of these dual mode 🚎 trolley bus and the MBTA will need some XT60s with Diesel engines since the silver line to Logan airport uses I-90 NY Thruway and Mass Pike tunnels under Boston harbor

*_•reshirm•_* nice explanation and Skoda needs a plant in the northeastern United States like Maryland or Massachusetts to compete effectively with New Flyer Industries who has trolleybus operations in Philadelphia and battery electric buses in Manhattan. Your comment mentioned the ETI Skoda 14tr & 15tr buses used by SF Muni which were replaced by XT40 & XT60 buses

Wow those buses are pretty cool they are trolley buses and they are pretty long and you can see the trolley things go up and down those buses are actually pretty fast too I want to ride those right now
