Wow who woulda guessed WG nerfed a free premium tank lol. It had 2600 DPM, 230/260/90 penetration values, 32 turret and 28 tank traverse, and finally 390 m view range; thereby cutting 600 DPM, 12/8/33 from each shell, 9 from turret and 4 from tank traverse, and 30 m view range. How could it possibly feel bad? Impossible clearly ;P

City corner battles is where this tank is really good. You go out just enough to shoot at 45 degrees angle and your front tracks protect your lower plate as spaced armor. This is the special thing for this tank.

For the first few games I was Mars, the God of War and no mortal could dare to cross my path. I tore tanks to pieces and dashed across the map as if carried by the thunderbolt of Zeus himself! It was glorious my friends. Much blood was shed and for my foes, it was a good day to die.

Why is everyone complaining and saying CC matchmaking? He hasn't queued with the tank once, you can see the EXP and the elite level on the top right in the garage, it says 0. Every time you get a new tank, the first few battles you play with it, you usually get same tier MM or top tier MM. It gives you a chance to understand how the tank actually works. I literally got the tank today and first few games was tier 8 and tier 7 MM. You guys are delusional

Its not horrible. The armor works when frontaly peeking. The track hides the lower plate and makes it very hard to pen for tier 8 tanks. Its like a defender with a better gun.

Honestly looking at those games it was more skill's mood and attitude (and a bit of bad luck) than tank's problem. Yes, it's slow, but it doesn't look bad. Good players won't be playing it too much, cause they like mobility (because they can use it properly) - but that doesn't mean tank is bad - it's just a matter of style and preferrence.

i got Obsidian last year and didn't like it for what it is: slow hevyum-slightly faster than this tank. Recently I played with it again and it was a blast. Sure Nergal does not have to offer much, but at least it is playable and the gun is okay-ish. And yes-it is free.

The reason it seemed so bad for you is because you weren't angling it properly, you are supposed to use your track to block your lower plate but not go too far forward to expose your side, MaxgamingFPS and Dez did a good video showing you how to angle it as well as some other smaller content creators.

I started doing the grinds and I got so bored of both modes. I don't find it enjoyable after doing it two or three times. The teams are mostly stupid, nobody works together. In last stand its better to have an area you can defend but people are driving all over and using all sort of soft tanks instead of something armoured and survivable. And to be doing that over and over and over and over ad finitum, nah, fuck that. I bought some tanks

I would say its absolutely horrible. Upper hull cant stop anything above 265 pen heat. So basicly you are toast against 1/4 of tier 8 tanks and all of tier 9 and 10.

The grind is surprisingly easy. I am not a good player rather average and I got the first 8 stages finished and all but the 16th unlocked. Id say it can be easily done without purchasing any keys. For Last Stand Turtle, Kilana and Tiger II seem to be very useful

easy, sure. Insanely time consuming, absolutely. The amount of grinding you'd need to do because the random teams are braindead is insane. You need like 900 tokens (because there is no way in hell anyone is completing the ultra hardcore mode) and at like 7 tokens a match in Last Stand that's 130 battles or like 30 solid hours of grinding. Fuck that no thanks. I'd rather spend $50 and be done with it

It sucks, honestly. Armor is nonexistent - tier 8s just spam gold regardless of target and ignore 300mm of sloped armor. Side scraping does no good since they punch through the turret as if it was a scorpion G. Gun is okay.

Oh well, there are not many around yet, but I can't wait for the wave to arrive... Today I met one of those Matilda tier 8 in my T832 LMAO! First a shoot in the lower plate from +400 m to say hello, the guy did not even spot me, however he hid his lower plate right away, no worries second shoot into the cupola from roughly the same distance and again, Nergal is blind like a Bat so not spotted, so Nergal tried to relocate lol, this thing is so slow, you can probably watch the grass growing while driving, so I decided to close the distance and found him hull down at about 100 m, oh well I flanked him, by the time he noticed what was cooking it was already to late, this thing turns like a oil tanker, so another shoot into the side (which has literally no armor), and then I circled him to finish him off, the poor guy tried just everything in the book including APCR but just bounced, bounced and bounced... I love this tank, it's a 1400 HP piñata, which can't out spot you, out turn you, out drive you, and big bonus it seems to be an Arty magnet, GG WG, please bring us more of those... ;-)

It moves faster Grille 15 on soft. This is ridiculous. Something is really wrong with Wargaming balancing staff, they fill the balancing department with down sindrome people. Nergal loses 22mm of pen at 500m with gold. Borsig loses 48mm of pen. Something is really wrong with german vehicles stats and Wargaming should fix this shit, should really balance vehicles is this game.
