Tell me if I'm wrong but it's no point to heal against such a Hillbilly who doesn't use m1 and only chainsaw as a noed basically. Better use these 20 seconds to give some gen progress and also hide in closets for bbq&chili, Ohm's mindgaming was really helpful. But this Billy was tough to go against, Ohm did his best

I think there's a chance of at least survival, say you don't heal, now all he has to do is m1. Or say the gates are open and you're trying to run for it but you're injured all he has to do is m1. Healing up gives them more of a chance of survival. May not me 100% but it's a chance

you really cannot tell. most killers will ofcourse go for m1 during a chase especially if youre already injured for easy down. its really best to get fully healed just to make sure.
