Hey all! Hope your new year is off to a great start! I wanted to just comment, as I know a lot of people have questioned if the Huntress plays were legit. From everything I can tell they were utilizing their auras to keep vision on me, so I don't think they were cheating. Also with stream sniping they would have had to deal with a delay, I also don't really think they were doing that either. I had fun in the round, and they were a good sport about it too, so hopefully we can give the Huntress player the benefit of the doubt here. :)

I think that Huntress might've been hacking. She seemed to be getting really close to hitting you and knowing your exact location when you were far away for far too long for her intelligence perks.

Yeah I spent a lot of the match feeling that way. I'm a bit calmed about it just because of the full aura perk build at the end, but I spent pretty much the entire time being like "Pretty sure YOU'RE the intel, Ohm."

Granted the Huntress was running an intel build but I think that was just an attempt to hide the hacks because that Huntress seemed to know where Ohm was a lot longer than what that Huntress should've gotten from her intel perks.

Pallet drop has to be done when the survivor is in carry state. If you drop it during pickup or being dropped it doesn't do anything. I've had many survivors drop pallets too early that way.

As someone who was hanging out with the Huntress player, who was live streaming to Discord, during this match. I can confirm the huntress was legit and was not using any hacks. There was ALOT of Darkness Revealed value ontop of game sense, and the other aura perks. Great game on both sides! 🤗

There were a few chases that they had committed to and chose to leave and at times had found Ohm. They also had no idea they would be in a video or intended to be in a video, they were simply a big fan who happened to queue up against him and played out a match.

To be fair, I did snipe someone with a hatchet back on the old version of the Meyer's map from like halfway across the map. Funny enough, they were also the only one to make it out afterwards despite being death hook for most of the match. Though I did give them one get out of chase free card as well because I felt a little bad on landing that throw and sending them to death hook so quickly.

I don't want to make accusations of cheating, though clearly I wouldn't be the only one. However, I want to point out that the Huntress attempted throws that were CLEARLY not going to work because of the terrain. Like when she tried to hit you through a window with a full pane of glass in it. The throw of course failed. There were other times where there was clearly cover between you and them, and they still went for the doomed throw.

I know people are jumping on the "Huntress must be hacking" train, but honestly? Seeing the Huntress' build, I don't believe this was a hacker, but an experienced Aura Reading Huntress. That is a Huntress build I've seen before in other videos, and you'd be surprised just how much vital intel it gives them, especially when aiming hatchets. It's so much more than you think. Did they still tunnel Ohm? Yes. I won't defend that. But at least check their perks and how they play before jumping to conclusions. It's still a great match regardless. :)

I bet the huntress feels justified in tunneling ohm because of how the gens were flying even though that's her fault for only focusing on ohm. I remember having a huntress be the exact way except they had a aura build. It was worser though. All the huntress mains seems to be aggressive for no reason at all. She was definitely cheating, no resonance, no other aura perk that actually would give away survivors that long enough.

You played against Aura-builds a few years ago and that Huntress nearly wiped out the entire team if I recall correctly. Hi. It's me. The Huntress. The match was a ton of fun. My intent wasn't to get Ohm out of the game fast. The intent was to give him a fun, chase filled match with reactions. I didn't know if he was streaming or recording for videos, so I just played as if he was. I also have my pov recorded as I was starstruck basically when I loaded into lobby.
