This breed might literally be the best they've done so far. The coats are all stunning (even if some are not my cup of tea, they killed it with the detail and realism (no random blue eyes that I can see!!)). The gaits all feed fluid BUT heavy, bc these horses should feel immense, they weight around a ton when compared to most other breeds at around 1/2 a ton... they're just amazing. Even the hair styles all feel 'right' for these horses and don't feel like they were simply stolen off of another breed and forced onto the Ardennes. Obviously, not everyone is going to want a barn full of steady-Eddy chunkies, nor do I, but I can't help but appreciate the effort that clearly went into these (looking at you, Knabstrupper monstrosities and Jorvik Fuglies/Friesians...) Mind you, still boycotting SC purchases but good thing I have a stockpile from like last summer to spend very slowly, haha

I would like to start a petition to make it so every gen3 horse can lay down and that every gen 3 horse has at least a special move (special gait optional). Now I know it would never get implemented even if it got 7 billion signatures but come on, the chunkies, the Shires, and that other breed (forgot the name) can lay down, so should my paints and my DWB. They're tired, they need a nap!

i got the same horse as you with the short roaches name, he is a BIG BOY and he absolutely embraces the “girly” butterfly lifestyle 💅🏻 Theo is an absolute king. (people saying that it’s girly genuinely need to grow up, not liking the butterfly being there is fine, but no need to be weird and sexist)

Butterfly is girly??? I think people seem to forget that this is a video game. Most people will not be filming anything for it and I absolutely love that a horse is interacting with something in it's special animation. I personally absolutely love these horses. The chunk is everything and they almost replaced Shires as my favourite

NOBODY TALKS ABOUT THE SHOULDER THING on the right side of the horse. in the fast gallop. the horse is SO gorgeous and everything about the gaits is cute (a little short strided maybe, but it's still cute), but that one shoulder thing. it's so jerky and i feel like nobody says anything about it :') love the horse tho

Never understood why the reins are an issue. I've been playing Horseisle since 2008 and while it is more of an oldschool game, the reins are never an issue with new breeds. And if it is, they literally fix it within a few days to match the shape/coformation of the breed. They even released breastcollars and fit them properly in every gait for EVERY breed. So I think SSO is just lazy.

i think the issue with the gallop is the back legs, they’re basically stuck together. and it’s not only this horse, there’s other horses with this issue, ex: the arabians.

I absolutely ADORE these guys. There big chunky bellys and there super cute faces. I got the one thats 2 befor the very last coats, it has a white mane. Hes the one you called a silver mane? I love him to death. His name is marble. They kinda remind me of the North Swedish horses. Im just in such love and adores of these babies. Mines nearly level 7. I love that you can put boots on these chunkers. I barely miss the winter village. I loved the races though. I just MMMMMM i LOVE them so much.

I think it’s pretty annoying that sso makes horses that have special moves or “special” gates more expensive even tho a lot of times players don’t even want it (yes it makes the horses more realistic but for a lot of players it’s unnecessary) I think it would be amazing if sso could put two prices in the horse and two options- so coy could buy the horse for a cheaper price (like 100-200sc less than the original price) without the special gaits and special moves and one option for the normal price with the special gates and moves.
