THE NEW BACKYARD DIRT JUMP IS A MONSTER!! LOCKDOWN EP17

It's finally finished! the new right hip is by far the biggest dirt jump in the backyard trail line. Building it took a lot of dirt and time, but riding it on my dirt jump bike feels absolutely amazing!! We got some super cool build lapses and riding footage, and the POV angles are outrageous on this new feature. I'm excited for the next video where we focus on riding all the jumps and all the lines, and Ben can finally test the new trails on his BMX. Enjoy! Legends.

suggestion: I know this will take a hefty amount of dirt and time but we haven't seen a proper berm yet. I'm thinking after the unnamed right hip creating a huge 6-7ft tall 270 corner. This can lead to a huge launcher over the area before the lip of the right hip.

'SLOW' LINE SUGGESTION - Left berm through the gap between hip jump and landing, into a steep narwhal-esk jump that you do a 180 on, then somehow transition into the hip landing. I reckon that would be just lovely. Love the series! Cheers

“Captain Hook” for the new hip? And new line from GnarWall could be a cambered right-hand roller plus transfer into the immediate left-hand berm after the hip. Potentially followed by a fast/slow split post-berm pending on the speed you get back

First of all lads, congrats on making the best lockdown youtube series! Been following since start and I keep looking forward to your next clip drop every time. As a suggestion on continuing the trails: after the huuuuge right hip, a full blown quarter pipe build alongside the pumptrack section could be massive fun and open up options to either start te trail leading back to the start, keep going towards the pitbike area. Maybe a post gnarwall right berm could lead onto it aswell. Anyway, keep it up, so we can keep watching. Good stuff!!!

Perfect gap filler for that space Matt: After the Gnar-wall you should add a 360 over and under berm.... - Land off Gnar-wall > Right banked berm jump into a full 360 elevated berm then trough the initial gap of the jump into the berm!

The last jump is superb! When you come from the vertical jump, you dont have enough speed for the last one, jump it but land on the left side. Use the existing landing to make "double landing" for one jump.. One for the slower line (coming from vert jump) and one landing for regular, faster line :)

at the side line after the gnar-wall jump i'd build another s-bend berm so the end of the s-bend can be ridden off the landing of the right hip, this would also mean u would be able to steer away from the pump track whilst maintaining lots of speed.
