The BajaBoard Helix is a mechanical redesign of the G4.
It maintains the fundamental quad-shock suspension setup, whilst updating the individual components and assemblies within.
The Helix was designed with 3 main goals in mind:
Reduce maintenance | Increase toughness | Increase off-road functionality
The chassis framework and suspension arms will be machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, improving onboard toughness, there will be a touch of carbon fiber thrown into the mix. You will be able to adjust the shock position which will provide extra ground clearance for extreme off-road conditions. And last but not least - no more belt changes.

Looks interesting. I have a few Questions: 1. How does it differ from the other models of the BajaBoards? 2. How high up can the adjustable clearance go? 3. Has the design changed from previous models? 4. Is this more of a Mountainboard or a Streetboard? 5. What is the real world range offroad? 6. Has maintaining the board improved?

No response after a year is less than appealing ….. If they aren’t going to answer questions on social media what makes us think they will answer the phone when the board breaks down…. I was looking at these boards too and have two messages out inquiring about them on their website and their Ig account……let’s see how long it takes for them to reply if they even do at all..😂 They said I didn’t need to comment. They will respond within 24-48 hours…your questions were asked a year ago

Bajaboard can you please shed some light on why my helix is lossing power then self braking then auto accelerating.

Not sure what you mean loosing power while breaking, but we will try to guess what you mean. The breaks are e-breaks which means they aren't mechanical breaks (like everyone else). How they work is faster you go stronger they are and as you get closer to a stop they will get a bit weaker. If you have more technical questions you can contact us on [e-mail]

Bajaboard where is my battery ive just dished out £4000 on this to get me around as my main transportation to find out there isn't any battery.

If you have just received your board the battery may have been shipped separately. For some country its easier send the dangerous goods such as battery in a smaller package. Please contact us by email if that is the case to get the tracking number.

I'm really annoyed now, my battery still not here I shouldnt have to email to get my other tracking number, I'm raged I've took my board out the box and opened the box to get my controller out I'm raged for the quality of the controller and trigger has bent then snapped off, now I have to go buy tool kit to put the new trigger on, I have no confidence to ride this board just incase that other trigger wont snap off thats dangerous. For £4000 I'm very concerned for my safety now, I will contact you through your website for my tracking number.

For temporary use until my battery comes, could I use another 36v lithium battery to power my helix 4 or does it have to be the original battery made for the helix 4? I've fixed my controller.
