For the old school of bankers and clients the new banking act has completely demolished their comfort zones and rather soft affiliations to zero. Thanks to the new act which gives revised definitions to bank lending gurus more responsible and accountability. If these regulations were stood earlier, no insolvency and no deep state economic executioners. Bank should now understand they borrow money from big or small clients calling them Deposits and lend that money to their elite class. That era has changed, because the change took place after 76 years removing dynasties of financial roughs including so called state owned but personally managed agencies ( Ex Sri Lankan Airlines) Due respect for these banking professionals, don't forget the 2008 banking crisis, Lehman brothers and also huge penalties made on Standard chartered. Your profit is not always not the deciding factor, please check how many banks in the EU and also in USA on the verge of collapse after Ukraine war,
