Another amazing Trail rig from HBToys! This looks awesome! I like that this has a diff lock, but it's not a huge deal form. That was a great touch by HB. I love my Beluga and I'll join you in the "fan boy " club!

I was kinda mad when I saw this because I got the beluga just earlier this year. But when I saw the price of this new one, it's $100CAD more than mine. I don't think it's worth the additional cost. Besides I prefer the Bronco, I mean, Beluga design. That said, good to have choices. Nice vid!

I have the Broncluga lol, bought it for comparison purposes to the couple of TRX-4's I have. It's not too bad, can tell the feel of the plastics aren't as good, but its also less than half the price! I couldn't leave it alone, I installed a HW quic run 2 in 1 in it right away. I have that setup in both of my TRX4-s. The difference I can tell, is in the transmission. There must be some slop in the gears, as in super slow crawl, when breaking over the top of an obstacle or hill, the HB will roll a bit before the HW system stops it. Whereas the Traxxas trucks, its an instant stop. But what the heck, can't beat the price! Future plans, if/when I break the axles or gears, is to install a set of TRX4 Sport axles, so I can get upgraded brass portal parts for them.

Unbeatable price. I was looking for a trx4 and found the belugas. The only thing I managed to break so far, was the shift servo on the r1001. It fell, crashed hard and sank in the local river… still running. I drive like a maniac and try things, what I woudnt do with as trx4. Both r1001 & r1011 are pure fun 🤠👍🏼

What is the difference between original and the HW Quicrun 2 in 1? I am new in this hobby and just bought one of these. :) I feel that it is a bit too fast even in low gear, it's not so easy to crawl. My kids managed to break one of the front drive shafts yesterday, snapped right at the universal joint, would upgrading to metal TRX4 portal axles make it more durable or should I just buy a couple of spare drive shafts? :)

Little update with mine. The steering servo went, then the ESC shorted out & caught on fire. I didn't even get it wet. Not a very good start for me with this vehicle.

Shiftabel Diff lock you pay more money and get more trouble for something you never or only use a few times.But i agree for the ESC reciever is "not" 2in1!

Thank you for watching 👍🏼 With this model you have to lock them every time you switch it on. Its a cheap toy and not an high quality rig. So far I had a lot of fun with it.

I got mine today, there's some things that the instructions don't cover. There is no drag brake, controlling the lights, the throttle & steering are highly sensitive. Do you have any tips for us ??

You have to push the left light button 2x fast. Make sure that they are plugged in the ch5 or ch6 on your receiver.

Hi thx for watching. Two things you may change: the stearing servo and the tires. With these two improvements, you have the same performance as with the bigger name -> traxxas or axial or element …. Price is unbeatable

The traxxas quality is a bit better 😅 if money is no problem the trx4 is the better choice.

Both are great. The r1001 body is more robust. The locking diffs make no big difference. Check out my video battle in switzerland.

They are similar specs with yikong being a longer chassis. Depends whether you like jeep or Merc body style. Both are not bad on spare parts but hb being a closer fit to trx4 can get more upgrade parts ( some) as similar but not exactly in all parts. Hb does seem to be more out there for brass weights. 👍

You can use tape or buy an other motor mount. I used a thin layer of tape and works fine.
