yeah but I checked on the alpha network and with 1bil bank lvl 200 golden drag maxed midas and dark claymore, dark claymore still was dealing more damage than a midas.

even if it is better you're pet locked to gdrag which sucks & it doesn't have the extra reach of claymore so its damage will have more damage drop off while using it as mage (I believe that's how it works). idk where else you would use this since I'm assuming all the slayer swords outclass it

midas sword is a tad bit worse then claymore but with a weapon with no requirement other than combat, and you willing to dump in extra money for a sword, I guess its worth but you better off paying for a carry and getting a claymore

Midas sword shares the same issue as frozen blaze, being that its hard pet locked. The primary use of a dark claymore is for high cata lcm such as m7. In m7 you need an edrag (unless you have 1b gold col and a remedies gdrag) making midas not better than a claymore
