I love, love, love the formula of the mattes in these CT holiday palettes! I find they blend like a dream! (I do like the TF Creme formula so I guess that checks out) I’m glad we got browns last year but different shades this year especially the charcoal and the burgundy. I plan to use the two palettes together so it’s not ALL PINK all the time. I hope the burgundy stays burgundy on me. I have green eyes and burgundy really brings them out. I do think it would have been nice to have one lighter matte.

I love this palette and I think its very easy to use. Perfect every day palette that you can use for a night out as well. I love the fact that she keeps the colors as I get very annoyed that once I run out of something I cannot buy the same thing because they stopped doing it so I have to spend time to try I find something new that is similar. This trend of come up with something new from influencers is a bit rubbish. Most of us just want a reliable product and that it.

Hi Sofia! Thank you for demoing and reviewing this new CT palette - and sharing your final thoughts. It’s been a while since CT has released a palette, so it was due. I agree with your assessment. I have many CT quads that I really love - there is one I would buy in a heartbeat that was LE and sold out in one day in Canada (it had “rose” in the name but I don’t recall). In any case, I thank you for your honest review.

Oh, I’m so happy they don’t have those old-school eyeshadows. They make my eyes look so old. At 40 with my crinkly eyes, I do not need metallic eyeshadow for sure. I love the sparkles and how they camouflage my wrinkly eyes.

Good comparison swatches with other palettes and nice to see two applications on your eyes. I agree with you on the 4 pan Pillowtalk Dreams palette, a nice one. I don't think I need this one. I have quite a few of her 4 pan palettes and her Beautyverse palette. I am happy with these. I don't need any more sparkle on my 73 year old eyes. Thank you.

Love the second look best! Gorgeous! You could also try wetting a very small eyeliner brush for the two dark matte shades, and the payoff should be more intense.

This palette is a big no-go for me. It will make me look like I have pinkeye. I simply don't get why cosmetics companies are so enamored with the red/pink shades. They do not look good on a lot of us. Do they really sell that well?

I agree on being annoyed that all brands abuse pink, and just stick it everywhere. But in CTs case, I think it’s literally her brand. I can’t hate on CT for doing mermaid palettes and pink palettes because she IS mermaids and pinks.

I wish I could help Donna but I have never tried any of the Givenchy palettes! I think the Givenchy one is more neutral and might work better if someone is looking for neutral colors

I’m a sucker for mauves and burgundy’s so thank you for this review Sofia. And I do agree that the matte tones are too similar in the mid tone range. And, I was trying to think what palettes I had to fulfill my fomo needs and someone here mentioned Natasha Denona’s Mini Crush palette! Brilliant! As that dang palette is front and centre sitting on my little tucked in a corner hallway palette shelf! Lol! This is a perfect curated version of PT Love. Also Dior’s Rouge Trafalgar could do the trick as a more “mature” version and Natasha’s Love palette for the fun version and also Dior’s Pink Corolle and Rosa Mutabilis. All the Love’s, Crush’s, Corolle’s indeed! Lol!

Both looks look beautiful on you Sofia. This palette is not for me. I don’t like reds on my eyes. It makes me look like I have bruising. I do like the lighter pink tones in this and the brownish neutral and the charcoal shade as I like a dark liner. The formula sounds nice. I do have the palette from last year and the mattes are creamy. They’re nice. I’ve used that palette only a couple times so I don’t need another one.

These colors are right up my alley but I’m trying to branch out. I am shocked by the charcoal being in there! I love it! It’s a beautiful palette and as a collector myself, this would be beautiful with my other pillow talk items. I love both looks you did too. If it’s the same matte formula as last year’s holiday palette then I would be so excited. I absolutely love love love those creamy mattes. They are almost satiny and blend so effortlessly and seamlessly on my lids. But yeah I agree the shades are off they need a lighter one in the pan. The top three mattes are too similar. They did a really good job last year so I’m a little disappointed with what they did this year. I love a pink palette but red is hit or miss with me so I’m glad the burgundy are pink leaning and not red leaning. But my biggest issue with this palette is just it doesn’t seem like I can get many different looks out of it. Last years palette really blew my entire mind. Even though the shimmers were underwhelming. I got so many uses out of those three very versatile and functional mattes and that beautiful beautiful silver. This year I’m just like. I can imagine three looks top and they would all look similar. The pink is too loud. There needs to be a different pop in this.

Hi dear Sofia, if the palette is good or so, so, these colours look soooo beautiful on your brown eyes!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩My thoughts, don't know if you want to hear them 🙃🙃😂😂 last years 9 pan palette purchased and it was TERRIBLE. My eyes hurted 2 days. I do not want to sound spoiled, but i than prefer my Suqqu etc shimmers so much more! And sometimes, when priming very well, i still try the Mel Thompson Tiny Marvels, very carefully: THAT is making eyeshadow! Or, when more quiet: Chantecaille, Suqqu etc. But Mrs. Charlotte Tilbury if you read this: PLEASE MAKE A PALETTE WITH THE MATTES, ALSO FROM PREVISOUS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mattes, Sofia, is the only reason, why i did not declutter yet the palette of last year. Further it was, like you described this palette, glitter particles too large for my sensitive eyes, it's paying too much money for synthetic simple stuff, sorry. And my eyes are too sensitive, i decluttered 2 years ago almost everything PMG/ND/SG with the exception of the Tiny Marvels, i just cannot. So, i want a palette from Charlotte with the mattes from last year and the top row from this year! And that were all my thoughts, sorry. I will say that is important to seek out videos that are closer to your skin tone. I almost bought it watching a different video, it looked beautiful on someone with a medium skin tone, not nearly as red. Now seeing it on someone closer to my tone, it was way too red for my preference. I would never use it.

Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup products have never appealed to me, which is good, bc it saves me money. I do like the bronze & glow pallet & that’s the only thing I’ve purchased, bc I didn’t have a powder contour. Your makeup looks turned out beautiful. Since I watch u regularly, I noticed that the colors made your eyes look smaller & more closed. I don’t know if it’s bc u have fair skin & blonde hair or what.
